Depends. Shear strength goes away with vibration as well, sometimes you have to replace the bolt every so often,
Shear strength on a grade 4 is nearly the same as grade 8

I had a balsa airplane , rubber band powered . Brother , that plane hit a tree 🌳 , kablooyey. I cried for I bet 1 minute. Then went and did something else. KIM ! You just brought back to my memory that traumatic childhood experience. 😂😂😂😂😂
