Scheduled a test drive, as I was still unsure. Drove it 1km down the road and ordered my very first Tesla straight away. I take delivery in 6 days and cannot wait. What an absolutely unbelievable car. This is the future. Other legacy car makers are at least 5 years behind Tesla with technology, research and development. I can only surmise that legacy auto companies have been in cahoots with each other for decades, releasing incremental upgrades, making us all believe that this is the best they can do. Along come Tesla and show us all that they have been selling us lies and BS. Go Elon and Tesla!
I dunno man. I don’t think the service infrastructure is there. I’ve heard the mobile service is booked for weeks and the weight of these things blows out tires frequently. I guess if you have the budget for tires, insurance and don’t mind wait times it can work out…
This Model 3 is EV perfection. I had the old one - it was remarkable. Now I have this one - it’s absolutely stunning. Zero complaints. Pure exhilaration ❤❤
Basically, same here, US Midwest. Leased a '21 Model 3 for 3 years, just bought the '24 Model 3 and it feels like home already. I just downloaded my FSD free trial today, can't wait to let it take me for a drive.
I got mine in february. It’s just the RWD version but I love the car. As you can charge the battery (LFP) each time up to 100% and the LR version better up to 80% then only the 4-wheel drive system and/or extra horsepower is the difference. With a 5.8 seconds accelleration it still masters the majority of cars. It’s my first privately owned EV and I love it.
When my Model 3 lease expired, I considered going to a Model Y, but when I checked it out, I felt it was too big for me. I had to climb into the seat. I'm short and feel the Model 3 let's me sit down naturally without having to pull myself up into the cabin first. I just got my '24 Model 3 LR and love the noise and handling improvements.
After driving a Porsche and then driving a new model S, I can’t wait to drive the Tesla again and again. Faster, more comfortable, and just easy to drive and enjoy. Looking forward to the M Y and M S refresh. Love it.
Switched from a BMW 328i to a Model S last year. The MS is a beast in performance but also very easy to live with. Pick ultra red and you’ll not regret it.
rented a RWD for a road trip and absolutely love the turn signal and auto-shift features. if you're worried about no stalks, just try to drive one and you'll love it. it's so nice.
@@Clove_Parma It’s a nightmare for most and they don’t even know it yet. Unprecedented depreciation compared to ICE, unprecedented bad service when it fails compared to any dealership, and they fail more than ICE, fact. Unprecedented poor build quality and pretty crappy ride quality even with the improvement. Really worst car ever made. I owned one. Don’t do it. You don’t know the truth because anyone that tells the truth is viciously attacked by Big Electric sheep.
21:14 I test drove a RWD Highland and the brakes were also average. The initial bite was weak, but maybe if you press very hard on the pedal it would also stop OK (I didn't test that). The suspension in turn was fantastic. On good tarmac, as well as on bad, unpaved roads. I was very impressed with it.
It’s not brilliant. It handles about the same as any other midsize car. You can definitely feel its weight in the corners, some feel that the acceleration makes up for that.
@@BarryGGould yes I’m very familiar with the handle but you always use two hands? I just use my one hand and press the big part with my thumb and grab the handle with my fingers
@r3x_delta30 theres an uber driver with a m3 that picks me up quite frequently and thats how i do it. i push the fat part with my rt hand and pull the skinny part with my left. i tried the one handed motion once but it felt too unnatural if a motion. lol
Why do something so stupid as getting rid of the stalks? I was going to upgrade but now I'm going to just get the year before when they had some sense smfh
I have the white seats & have had them for three years. It is not actual leather. They are very comfortable & easy to clean with just water. Even red wine comes out/off easily. They are made by a different manufacturer than the black seats & the white seats are clearly superior IMO. They also look stunningly better.
@@sargfowler9603 I like the interior, and we have many roundabouts everywhere. From what I've heard, it's weird for the first week or so, but then you get used to using it.
Heavy weight of an EV is not a valid excuse for poor ride quality. When was the last time you saw a light-weight Rolls Royce or any super high end luxury car? Tesla has bad chassis engineers is the real explanation. Remember, they are a software company, not a car company. By the way, they suck at software.
The ride quality is good in the highland though. Tesla obviously has pretty good chassis engineers, just look at how it's manufactured. And Tesla easily has the best software in cars. Pretty much everyone else makes laggy software.
Enjoyable in what sense? I tried a seal, and yes, the interior is more qualitative (although I like the sparse tesla interior), and it's more comfy. But it's much heavier, which you feel in driving dynamics, the trunk is small, the high-speed efficiency is meh, the charging speed is not very good. In other words, it's a good daily, but it fails at the main mission of family sedans: carry a family over long distances
@JJ-J If you meant me, yes, both cars. When I drove the Seal, it showed around 158 km left then suddenly dropped down to below 30 and started getting low battery warnings right after. Software most likely, but not a nice feeling. Nice interior indeed, but I do prefer new M3 LR, amazing car and efficient with software that is reliable and extremely good

Even with the seatbelt or driving is possible to move the passenger seat using the back screen?
Do you have any agreement with Autogefühl so they will let you use their videos? I am curious.

If it had a bumper camera with birds eye view and a power frunk lid it would be perfect. I would trade the rear display for the two things I want.

Yeah, sales are a bit off, keep working it.
