😃
Does any of these dealers give complementary tool to someone who can't afford if to get started
Can't say
Is this can program 2022 honda?
Just going by the vehicle and function coverage on the XTOOL site, it should. I haven't tried this on a 2022 Honda though.
how much this tool
Prices fluctuate, but I have links in the description. That should give the current pricing.
What do you think? If you want to buy the XTool D7, you may consider using this coupon code: Piykecode with the Amazon link to get 10% off - amzn.to/3Z9X1Hj
I may earn a small commission (which doesn't affect the price you pay) if a purchase is made through this link.
Just used you Amazon link and was able to get the extra 10% off.... THANK YOU!!
Great to know! Congrats on your purchase.
Awesome
Thanks!
Where is the best place to buy the keys
It really depends. I've done Ebay, Amazon, and dealer websites. The important thing for me is to always go OEM, even if used.
@@DIYAutoworksNG can you reuse oe keys that were previously programmed?
Yep. Just treat them as blank keys. No need to erase.
@@DIYAutoworksNG that's great, thanks. Didn't get chance to program any of these style yet, but I have some Japanese ones I was hoping to use on imported vehicles. Wasn't sure if there was some procedure to unlock the keys to be able to reuse them, like Toyota or some other brands
The comment I made above about no need to erase programmed keys before reuse doesnt apply to all models. Some need to be erased. Honda, Toyota and a number of others don't need this.
شكرا لك ❤
hahaha this is like a game. push on push off and done haha
😂
Disappointed it doesn’t have the key programming
Return it then?
@@DIYAutoworksNG you know whats funny I just found it is there it DONT SAY KEY PROGRAMMING it Say (IMMO🔒)I will have to take back my comment or delete it 😅😂🤣
I was honestly trying to wrap my head around it, cos it's competing tools from other manufacturers supports key programming. Was wondering why they would withdraw it!
All keys lost? you already had a key
Yep. Important after buying a used car and not all the keys are delivered. An all keys lost renders whatever duplicates useless. There are cartels that usually sell without the full compliment of keys, only to come back later and drive away. Smooth criminal.
@@DIYAutoworksNG
I see, I didn’t catch that, never thought
ab what needs to happen in the background
Thanks
I just bought xtd7 so I can get a used ome key from eBay and add it to me car
Same car? Yes it should work, as long as you get the correct key.
Need to turn up the volume or voice
Yes. I changed my mic recently so audio is better in newer videos. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.
What a pain in the ass. Thank you Honda
🤣
Video is only useful if you have the machine
Yep. These newer cars mostly require equipment to program. German cars are even worse.
sorry your speaking look like Nigerian my friend

What stops someone with this scan tool from just stealing a car?
Good point. That's where the locked door, anti-theft alarm, steering lock et al come in.

That's not good. The seller should have replaced the unit. Did you try using warranty?
