I am not in any way Indian but thank god she mentioned that India is more than curry. It’s a country with an amazing array of food and yet too often in so many countries, it’s often simplified to merely curry. Especially considering the word curry itself is an anglicized word that completely defeats the variety available in such a country. Call it out Sugar!
Exactly ✨️. I as an Indian alwys get a lil annoyed when foreigners use "curry" to describe literally everything when have spice in it. It's fine some times but when you listen to the same thing again n again it becomes soooo annoying. Love that u know these things even though u belong not from India.
I know people who don't know will definitely term it as curry but sometimes it's just too much even though it's genuine. 😅

Umm..I've seen almost every Indian saying that it's a lot more than curry tbh. It's not like FINALLY someone said it. It's been said many times before. It's just that our curries/naan combo are relatively more famous and more readily available outside than our other local dishes.

Sakshma ma'am has great communication skills. The Korean family was enjoying the indian foods, but her communication and interaction with them made them love the indian food.
