The YELLOW dish you tried is called 'DAL TADKA'. It is a dish made from Yellow Lentils that are usually referred too or called the 'TOOR DAL OR ARHAR DAL'.
The GREEN DISH is called 'PALAK PANEER'. This dish is a combination of Green Spinach and Indian Cottage Cheese. A very mild and very subtly flavoured dish. Very smooth and easy going.

Watching from Tamilnadu. India. You can try South Indian dishes like Idly, vada, masala dosa, idiappam, parota with kurma, sambar and chutney. Unique taste. In each state, you can find their special dishes.
Bro, you have me on that... I am an Indian too... I have eaten most of the famous and common south food like idli and vada and i love that.... But once I tried Malabar Parotta with Chicken Chettinad... It was heavenly.. I fell in love with that dish right away ♥♥

The pakodas are supposed to be eaten first when its piping hot.
Also , the curry is supposed to be plated on the plate first and then eaten with the naan. There is so much in veg option that one can eat only veg. No need for meat.
