The name of the dessert is Gulab Jamun & it is made with condensed milk (some kind of evaporated milk), cottage cheese (for softness), cardamom, saffron, and sugar syrup. It is a combination of sugar + water + rose water

A small advice...when you don't know the name of any dish keep the menu and say from there. You were terrible with the names but thats ok. Another point, whole of India is safe. Some people said only south India but its not like that.
