Like I am from east India just had my aunt's marriage, its a upper middle class household but trust me the budget on a single wedding dress could be enough for a new wedding (not indian ofc). People in countries outside India think that Indian people cannot have grand weddings. And whatever was shown in this video, the weddings are much more grand than that thinking. In India, the rich people of India do not just get married but marry within their family and not all their relatives are rich, they are middle class and poor too. It is not compulsory that if you are having a rich wedding then all your guests should be rich and all the relatives, whether they are middle class or poor class, everyone gets the same respect that everyone should get i.e. equal. And Indian wedding is not based on Aladdin story, it is totally different, whether they are rich , middle and poor their way of doing wedding may be a little different but Indian culture is excited and there is that much more excitement than the weddings of other countries.
