I'm not versed on the powerlifting scenes but glad to learn more about it from a true champion.

Your podcasts are great, but most of them have the same issue. You tend to speak too much and talk over your guests. You have a lot of knowledge and experience, but you need to let your guests speak their minds. You should watch this episode or the one with Thor; you would instantly see what I mean.

The people that think a standard deadlift is bad for your back have no clue how to do the movement.
Also, Joe Ken is a terrible coach if he thinks racking a powerclean is dangerous. For 1, you're in a gym and playing sports, an injury is always possible. 2, if he thinks it's dangerous to rack a PC, that means he doesn't know how to coach it. He's just an incompetent coach.

Exactly. I've seen Tim Swords talk about being able to coach a kid how to Snatch and Clean and Jerk properly in like 30 minutes, because he knows how to coach and train properly.

I thought it sounded like it's more about having too many guys at once to keep track of and the risk/reward just wasn't there. I agree 100% if done correctly no movement is inherently dangerous

Best way to start the day. Im just grateful that now we can be unburdened by what has been with the significance of the passage of time, because of how significant what has been has been and also affects what will be and will no longer be burdened.
