I recently dropped Netflix. It just didn't have the shows I wanted to watch for the cost. Prime video pays for itsself for shipping only so Prime Video is a fantastic bonus. I also would put Goliath somewhere in Amazon's Top Ten. I also like HBO Max's content the best.

I have to go with Amazon prime, because the shows they do have are great. I have hbo max and disney plus also. Plues I think the 20 dollars a month is lot when you look at the yearly cost of that.i do disney and hbo the yearly plans.

My prime sub has been running for over 3 years and yea, sure I watch the Boys as soon as it hits the screen but Netflix or Prime, stuff like The Boys, Arcane or Witcher is just too few and far between.
The reason I keep prime is stuff like all 8 seasons of HouseMD, every episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Beverly Hill Billies. Maybe I haven't looked but Netflix doesn't have those old faithful shows to keep the sub running without questioning the CC each month.

I had both prime video, and Netflix. But I just dropped Netflix. They do have some good stuff, a lot of them are too teen. There are a couple shows on there I like, more my type of shows. I find Netflix have a better layout. I don’t like that Netflix cost almost $20 in my country. Prime videos have great content, connected to different channels, great shows, and movies. It’s cheaper than Netflix, and it gives me prime shipping. So that’s why I got rid of Netflix after almost 4 months of having both, to see which one fits me.

Amazon Prime is my choice, because what can be wrong with Bosh and The Terminal List, beside Amazon Prime is part of the Amazon package.

Prime Video is much cheaper in Hungary. It costs 899HUF(2.5USD) per month. Netflix hd is like 2500HUF (6.5USD) for me Hbo Max and Prime Video cost as much as Netflix alone.

I’m pretty much done with Netflix. Through the years I have looked for movies that are old but still not on Netflix. And now they’re talking about adding commercials. How about charging everybody that watches it and keep the commercials to yourself

honestly? neither. it's all crap right now. most of the shows seem very "woke" and although you're already paying every month for the streaming services they have the nerve to want you to pay for certain movies as well. it's robbery. they have the audacity to call your subscription movies "free".

I prefer Netflix because their foreign language TV shows (Spanish, Latin American and European or Squid Game/Korean and Alice in Borderlands/Japan) are usually better than their English shows (or shows in English?). And also their foreign language movies tend to be better than their original movies in English. Their shows are more in-tune with the pop culture (although the drawback is wokeness but everything is woke these days).
Their shows do look expensive, unlike Amazon Prime Video which has bungled The Wheel of Time and that messy fairy drama with Cara Delevigne and Orlando Bloom (and I'm not optimistic about LoTR: The Rings of Power either). IMHO the best Netflix show is Altered Carbon season 1 (current one that's still running is Shadow and Bone) and my favorite Netflix original movie is The Siege of Jadotville.
Not into HBO or Apple TV they're for jaded middle-aged movie critics not me. Severance and Succession I save only when I have insomnia.

I wish Netflix made Rings of Power. It’s so disgusting that Amazon has even tried to play this race card in order to avoid the real issue of how they have ruined one of history’s best writers, because they wanted to make bubble gum entertainment just to make money.
They fired the Tolkien scholars when they wrote the script that’s all you need to know. Amazon…it’s shameful what you have done, and how you’re reacting to your mistake is even worse, shameful.
The skin color changes aren’t even close to what is upsetting the far majority of fans who are criticizing ROP. In fact, the biggest problem most people have is with how Amazon has butchered the character Galadriel, a blond, blue eyed white girl. Not only does she have a completely different personality from what Tolkien wrote, but she doesn’t even fit the criteria of what makes an elf an elf.
I’m starting to believe that these billionaire corporations truly don’t give a damn about diversity and gender equality. They care about one thing and that is MONEY.
Thus, this is just a marketing strategy so that if they spend a billion dollars on a project and it flops they can just say it’s because of racial/gender intolerance, and their show will be fine because anyone who disagrees will just be ignored and reduced into that ugly category. Think about it. It’s a genius marketing strategy. Wish you all the best 🙏

Amazon is absolutely dominating. Their shows are a lot better and unique and they don't push that woke bullshit like Netflix (at least the shows that i watched). Netflix only released one decent show this year being stranger things and they ruined it with the last 2 episodes. Amazon wins
