For me I've tried to stop taking medication before to accept balding and what was different this time around is that I saw how my hair looked with medication and it's not how it used to be even the quality is different from my original hair and it's not as thick. And yes, compared to other people who will take meds to restore their hair will say that my hair was perfect and that I'm a a hyper responder, but to me that hair is not good enough to risk having potential health issues down the road. Also, I truly believe that there are natural ways to get rid of hair loss by lowering DHT in the body. I may be wrong, but I have to try it at least, otherwise it'll forever be a what if. Therefore I'm really trying to focus on my health because as I currently have other health issues such as lowered immune system and chronic pain in my neck shoulder and jaw. I'm here to showcase my journey to become a better person and I really appreciate each and everyone of you for being here, watching my videos and asking great questions. However I didn't get any bad sides from the medication but one thing I can say is that I get more morning wood now that I'm without the meds! :) So that's a positive!

it is up to you but it is only weird if you make it look weird. I have thick hair but started to shave my head from time to time and discovered that I have a small scar on one side of my head and some weird red spot in my neck. It looks like a burn injury and maybe a little weird but since it is part of me I roll with it. Nothing wrong with imperfections. Wear your style with confidence :)

Hope you're well :) It's completely up to you, if you want to shave it while starting medication I think that is wise as the shedding phase won't be as noticeable and it gives you a fresh start :) I'm keeping my hair shaved for now, if I notice improvement in my hair quality then I will grow it out :)
