To conduct a coherent multi-film "orchestra" one needs a maestro, someone to direct a harmonious rhythm and tone from each player. The problem with Sony's _Spiderverse_ is they lack anyone even resembling a Kevin Feige.
I’m so sick of Sony destroying great characters and material. The amazing Spider-Man 2 was trash the last 2 venom movies were subpar at best and now they screw Morbius arguably one of the coolest marvel comic book characters ever. No, Just cuz the embargo lifts the day before doesn't mean that the movie will be dogpoop, A film I really dug had a late embargo, Dwayne Johnson's Hercules and I wasn't alone cuz I remember a lot of reviews saying that the film was actually very entertaining and they didn't understand the very late embargo. However with Morbius, I'm seeing plenty of red flags that are SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF THE FLASHING RED ALARM BELLS that this film is gonna be terrible, Sony knows it's terrible and they are trying to hold off on the reviews as late as they can so as not to effect Ticket Sales cuz I think that that report that The MCU attachments have been taken out or severely cut back and Critics will come out yelling to audiences/warning Audiences "HEY THE TRAILERS LIED TO YOU!!! It’s not Sonys doing
This guy still has this hard-on for a Spider-Man movie that has nothing to do with Spider-Man, yet you mention a batman beyond movie and he poo poos at it, make that make sense to me please
I never understand the embargo date. Like if you do it a week before. Wouldn't that not help the movie. Cause ppl hearing negative reviews. It why I don't i pay attention to all that stuff. I just go watch it. Then I put my thoughts
IF YOU ARE GOING CUZ YOU THINK IT'S CONNECTED, DON'T GO!!!!"
The trailer looked terrible and I have/had not interest in seeing it. It's a Sony movie, chances are it will get messed up.
I feel like people are forgetting that this movie is directed by Daniel Espinosa who’s a terrible filmmaker who directed shit like Safe House and Child 44.
Im 100% ready for morbius i like vampires and morbius is a cool character
No hope....no glory
Though I’ve enjoyed the venom movies somewhat I have been disappointed in everything outside of spider man movies.
I feel like at this point there is just not enough motivation to watch Sonys spiderverse movies.
Jared is a good actor with bad choices of movies that he sign.
Good actor with a bad agent😂. But I agree with chris when she says that she doesn’t like the way he acts on set and then he goes and says its all because hes a method actor… he could be a good actor but I dont like that about him.
Hell, the movie is opening here in Australia only 4 hours from now. I was originally planning on seeing this with a few friends, but we didn't even bother buying tickets with all the constant bad news surrounding it. Will probably go see Sonic instead, a movie I am actually excited about unlike this.
I’m in Sydney and seeing sonic instead now too 👍🏼
U can still be excited for it don't let others views and opinions corrupt ur movie time!
I’m crushing too much again with lady Chris Carr... she’s soooooo beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
I love this show for 5 months now.. it is like everyday vitamins for me... you guys are awesome!
I'm with Kris. Jared Leto is annoying most of the time. He was terrible in Blade Runner.
I don't like Leto either, but I think he was a good fit for Blade Runner. Him being annoying and terrible was appropriate for the character. Plus he wasn't in the movie very much, so it was just enough to make me hate him as a villain.
@@SpaceGhost1984 I don't mean the character was terrible, I mean his acting was terrible. All of the Jared Leto "acting" tics were in full display. That, on top of a poorly written character, was too much.
What pornography has an Oscar winning star? Or have I misunderstood the metaphor???
Yeah, I’m still seeing it on Thursday but it’s not looking good at all right now. The more that comes out about it the more I’m expecting Thursday to be a total waste of my time… 😂
I think what Rob said is somewhat true in a way, if Kraven The Hunter and Madame Web have similar reactions and reviews as Morbius does then Sony is in big trouble. All they have is Spider-Man and Venom. And honestly I didn’t think Let There Be Carnage was all that good, so they may want to rethink their plans moving forward.
Most likely the post credit scene is about the vulture that we saw in the trailer that what makes people complaining about being confusing.
Although my initial reaction to the trailer showcasing the vulture was already suspicious about his cameo appearance only. As year past by, I do hope that I'm wrong just so I can see vulture what has to offer in this movie.
I think you're right about the Vulture. I'll find out Thursday night.
I wouldn't hold your breath.
Chris’ take is my take. Leto’s a little too edgy and cringe for me these days. It looks like it’s 15-20yrs too late
I liked The Last Witch Hunter.
I am still going to see it on Friday for Matt Smith
SONY...NO SURPRISE!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
8:50 so true
i love ray’s takes
Still excited got my tickets for this Saturday in IMAX 😁😁
@jack harrington I have AMC A-list so I'm not really losing anything and plus I have a RUclips channel so I'm trying to grow it and I love theaters and movies so I will always support them and the actors and actresses behind it as well as the cast and crew
@@ItsJustJess269 Just curious, Why are you not seeing it Thursday or Friday night?
@@Ricardodiaz17762 I would love to but I work Monday through Friday nights I'm a waiter at a restaurant do you happen to know wildfire?
@@ItsJustJess269 Sorry, I don't know wildfire. I hope you enjoy the movie on your day off.👍
@@Ricardodiaz17762 oh damn for real? Look it up it's like a fine dining elegant restaurant.
John….🤣🤣 buddy this has not looked good. This looks terrible.
How do you screw up a vampire movie? Have you seen Twilight?!! LOL
Technically Twilight was successful and targeted audience.
@@G7130 Still a messed up vampire movie.
Jared Leto still has stink in eyes from Joker.
