    Great workout! I love when I learn new exercise moves…in this case, the pony steps! I did the whole workout standing, but had to hold onto the chair for the walking on heals, but that is something I can work on! Thank you, Meredith!🙂💪🙂

    Hello Sweet Meredith, another good pre-run warm up video for my playlist. Makes my morning 30 min interval walk /run easier and ensures less potential injuries. You are the best and thanks for reminding us to breath.
