    Hurting hip feels a bit relaxed after those twisting. Stretching is so important for seniors. It is easy to get stiff. Thanks Meredith.

    Helllloooo Sweet Meredith. Thank you for this video. It was very helpful especially the hip flexor and figure 4 stretching. This helps relieve some sciatica pain I have been experiencing in my lower left back hip area. Love your videos. Keep on, keeping on!!.😃👍🙏

    Hello Meredith, as simple as these movements are, they're extremely effective. I've had hip pain challenges on and off since my late 50's and will definitely do this routine daily going forward.     Really helped relieve my hip pain. Especially after I walked 2 miles. I am 64 years old and your workouts help me everyday !

    Your exercises are so helpful for me - will try to repeat them several times a week. At the first center stretch I wasn't able to reach to the floor, but at the second one I was :-) thanks for your great workouts.

    This senior workout felt really good even though I don't have any problems with my hips. Could you do a short standing and/or seated video just for lower back strengthening? I've been trying modified deadlifts but they've been causing some lower back discomfort. Thanks!

      Thank you! With muscle spasms, there are many causes. The most common are dehydration, over worked muscles, and not stretching enough. There are many reasons, each individual to your body and workouts.

      I apologize you feel this way...the stretches help many participants, getting better range of motion as well as strengthening. I always say do what you can, you are not to mirror me so much as do what you can as I instruct through movements. I hope this helps you moving forward looking for movements best for you. Thank you!
