    Diabetes is becoming the most common problem in the world today due to various factors such as wrong lifestyle, unhealthy food, excess body weight, irregular sleeping patterns, and mental illness. Today's video is focused on those who are suffering from diabetes and bloating, as well as those who want to prevent these types of problems in their life. The video consists of many important yoga poses which help to activate and stimulate the pancreas and related organs, keeping you safe from such problems. This practice should be done on an empty stomach early in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed. Make sure you have a three-hour gap in the evening if you're practicing after food, and at least one hour gap between your practice and sleep.

    Thank you for your video. Sadly, most of what you are demonstrating is not available for me due to an abundant waist and inflexibility. Do you have a chair yoga version of this sequence?

      No problem. Just sit as long as you can, and then relax a little bit few seconds, then again restart.

    Sir i am a student who just wants to do yoga but dont know how to do it .

      At that time, just quit the practice and relax. Take a few breath at least 10 slow breathing once you feel comfortable, start again, but very slow peace. Don’t push yourself.
