    As. Jamaican born we call this steam fish head. Looks tasty and the best and inexpensive brain food👍🏾🇯🇲

      I prepared it at home. My mom used to make it when I was a kid. It didn’t look as tasty as yours but it was good 🤗

    I never thought you can turn a wok into a steamer! Brilliant! BTW what is that "Chinese pickled plum"?

      I watched people used the wok as a steamer since I was a kid. I guess you can call that an "ancient Chinese secret".😊
      Chinese pickled plum is a condiment we use and you can find it in Chinese supermarket. I have a photo at 2:17 and you can see how the jar looks like.

      You are right on both the 梅 and the jar of bean paste. You can use the same sauce to steam pork, chicken or fish, not everyone is for fish lips.😎🙃
