    My mom makes conch. it’s one of my favorites. She makes it with cashews 😋 I could literally taste that yummy

    Where does the apron come from? There's a Dutch name on it.

      Hello,
      The apron came from a supermarket, Meijer in Michigan. I was volunteering in a food pantry there and got that as a gift.😍😊 I don't think is for sell.

    Do you conch in the frozen section?

      Hello Julie,
      The conchs are fresh. I bought them in the Union Square Green Market. The fisherman gets them in Long Island. I have also seen them in Chinatown.
      I put the conchs in the freezer just to harden them enough to slice.
      Please let me know how they come out when you have a chance to make this.
