That being said, I don't think I can eat this kind of food. It looks super salty! I really prefer to eat Cantonese food. However I like that you added cauliflower. I don't think many Americans would add vegetables in this dish.

This Mac and Cheese looks better than every Mac and Cheese I've seen, and you certainly cooked with your heart!
