    Does the sauce penetrate the shell, or more for dipping?

      Thank you for your question. Yes, the sauce does penetrate to the shrimps. Cooking the shrimps with the shells are tastier and keep the shape and less shrinking.

    But shrimps no put salt and Pepe Rojas?

      Hello Maria,
      Shrimps are naturally salty. You can put some salt when you are making the sauce. Remember you can always salt it even at the table but can't take it out.😊
