  • Sauté Giant Shrimps 對蝦 by youcancookgourmet.com with Joyce Ho. Video shot by Colvin Jason Exconde. In this video, I try to show the same recipe can taste very different with different sauces.

    Those prawns 🦐 are huge!!!!
Great idea to keep the prawn straight with the wooden skewers.
    Always love your videos.
    Please tell Colvin hello.
Still looking forward to seeing him in a video 😁
    Thankyou Chef 👩🏽‍🍳🥰

      Hey,
      Yes, they are big!
Thank you for your support and comments as always. I am looking forward to see Colvin too. I haven't seen him for more than a year. He has been working from home. This is a old video we did.😂 I will say hello for you.
      Stay well and take care!

    J. You take the fear out of trying these unique ingredients. I’m still working your conch video in my head. Great. Many thanks.

      Hi James,
It is nice to hear from you!😍 The worst can happen is you order in or try something else. These 2 recipes are very simple but tasty. Hope you have a chance to try them.
Thank you for your comment and stay well!

      Hello Francisco,
Yes, it is rich but still light because it is seafood.😍😊
      Thank you for your comment!
      Stay well,

Personal critique but the numerous fade transition to short clip lengths, one after the other, is numbing to the eyes. My eyes can't focus and it feels harsh to have so many in quick succession.
