    또아님 잘 지내요? 영상이 안 올라온지 일년이 됐네요 여전히 기다리고 있어요 날씨가 많이 추워지고 독감이 유행하던데 아프지 않고 여전히 사랑스러운 웃음으로 지내고계시길 바래요. 또아님이 다이어트에 실패했던, 성공했던 여전히 같은 마음과 같은 눈으로 또아님을 바라보고 사랑하는 사람이 있다는 걸 알아줬으면 해요 보고싶어요

      @@Nellyv1lle not just by walking. notice how you said 3 months of nothing but walking that caused you to go down 3 dress sizes? if you can make time and effort to do that, you can make time and effort to squeeze in an actual workout routine instead of waiting three months for results

    For me,even walking for an hour everyday works to lose weight. I didn't do any workouts nor even jogging. I walked at normal speed&I ate every thing I want.But,surprisedly ,I lost weight for about 8 lbs.I think it's all about consistency.

      maybe your starting weight was too high or you’ve never worked out before because it’s definitely not that easy for other. though i’m happy for you :)

      i highly doubt you lost almost 10 pounds just by walking alone and without a proper dieting. most likely just weight fluctations/aka you weighing yourself in the morning, when your weight is at its lowest

      @@underwirez well obviously diet is part of it. but walking actually does help with losing weight. i wasn’t on a diet and lost about 8 pounds in 1 or 2 weeks. everyone’s body is different.

      @@-LAVAMPIRA did you not read my comment about how walking shouldnt be the main form of exercise youre getting? if you can walk, you could incorporate jogging/running, smth that actually gets your heart rate up.
      and theres no way in hell you lost almost 10 pounds in less than a week just by walking and no diet. either youre lying off your ass to try and make yourself appear better, weight fluctuations, or youre just constantly weighing yourself in the morning, when youre body is at its lowest weight.
      either way, i dont fully believe you.. obviously.

      @@underwirez if you walk for like a hour everyday you burn each day 400 calories. and if you weigh more you loose more weigh. walking can be your main source of excersice if you're more likely to keep walking it's better than just run and than stop.

    또아님 영상 너무 잘봤어요! 저는 원래 핵매운맛만 하다가 핵찐찐 매운맛은 도저히 엄두가 안나서 미루고 있었는데 영상 보고 바로 도전해봤어요 ㅎㅎ 힘들긴한데 생각보다 짧아서 마무리 할수있었던거같아요.. ㅠ 저도 다어이터로서 이런 영상들 너무 좋아요 더 자주 볼수있으면 좋겠어요~! 응원할게요 :)

    개당 칼로리가 200가까이 되니 맛은 당연히 있을수밖에 없고.. 끼니 대용 다이어트 초코바 라는데 탄수화물 함량이 너무 낮음 = 포만감이 오래 가지않는다. 또한 탄수화물 함량이 낮다보니 결국은 단기간에 근손실과 수분손실로 인한 일시적 체중감소의 비율이 커서 요요가 올수밖에없을거같음

    i also just started to get active recently..10k daily step and tried to eat healthier, but the progress is really slow T.T been planning to try rice diet, please do it as well ^^

      And try to include intermittent fasting, people say it doesn't work for "every body" but it really does work for me. Have been doing 1meal a day more as a life style, but I do include 2 meal a day (18-6 I eat morning and evening) sometimes, I never and do not binge during my fasting hours because I do not want to increase my insulin levels and break my fast

      I suggest don't stress too much about what to eat rather how much you should eat. It's about the portion than the food itself. You can even fried chicken or ice cream as long as you know how much you should eat.

    Be careful dropping weight that fast. It is not sustainable and can be dangerous to your body in the long term. Just worried about you. You look great btw.

      Every body is different. Some people lose more weight (mostly water) on the beginning, and that's totally normal.

    계정 새로 만들면서 예전 구독채널 뭐 있었나 보다가 들어왔어요
    조곤조곤 말소리에 들으면서 보면서 잠들었던 기억이 나네요
    생각이 많아져 잠들지 못할 때 다또아님 목소리 들으며 걱정 없이 전 잠들었었는데 다또아님은 조금씩 조금씩 힘듦이 쌓여갔나봐요
    힘들지 않게 돌아오길 바라요

    thank you so much for the video im also trying to eat a helthy diet n n not eat more than needed as im getting older.n u really look so cute while doing the exercise without makeup.im serious.I've also gained 10kg during this pandamic well not cuz of weight gain but these days im feeling low .so maybe loosing some weight might feel different so am goona try this healthy diet.

    I lost almost 10kg in 5 months by just drinking 2lt of water, and eating healthy (more protein and vegetables), sleeping well and trying to connect with myself again. I was feeling with more energy and I didn't even want to eat junk food. I was almost 72kg and I lost weight to 62kg. Sadly because of pandemic and quarentinee plus personal problems I was really stressed and I started to gain weight again, I was 66kg last year and now I am 69kg. I did eat a lot of junk food and I fel anxious and depressed. My waist was 72cm and now is 80cm, i have bellyfat and big atms. Honestly I dont think being chubby is bad... I am beautiful and I don't hate my appareance. I am just worried about my mental health, I feel sad and is not because of my body. Your body changes constantly; dont hate it!!!!! As long you are healthy is okay, and if you lose weight without starving. I know I will be at my ideal weight again but I need to take care of my mental health. Pandemic is not our fault, don't feel bad for feeling bad about the situation. Its not forever

    M dieting right now
    I drink 12 to 16 glass water
    Do 15 to 16 houes I.fasting
    Eat healthy
    Little junkfood are allowed
    I do 8 to 10 km of walk
    2000jumprope or any other excercise for 30 minutes
    I avoid fry food items and sugary food mostly . Or have it in portion
