It’s truly difficult to put into words how good this wrap is! I hope you guys enjoy this little short from my recent work trip, and I’ll be back with a new video soon! 😊
They actually have an even bigger one called the Mandigo--it's massive and costs $36 😂 This one took me like 3 days to eat so I can't imagine being able to eat one bigger without sharing!
I'm sure it would! There are a few videos on RUclips that show how to recreate the recipe. I have personally tried this one and really liked it; the only thing is I'd recommend less liquid aminos than they said because it's way too salty: theartandsun.com/blog/tasillis-raw-reality-kale-wrap-dupe-recipe
I’m in Pennsylvania, so I won’t be getting to Atlanta anytime soon. I’m trying to learn the recipe so I can may similar wraps for myself. Are there raw tomatoes 🍅 in the wrap or just sun dried tomatoes?
I'm pretty sure it's both raw and sun dried. Most recipes also call for bacon bits (which are "accidentally" vegan by default) but I am confused by this; I don't recall the kale salad at Tassilli's having them--IMO the little red bits are just chopped up sundried tomatoes. But I'm sure bacon bits would be a good addition regardless! I used this recipe over the summer: theartandsun.com/blog/tasillis-raw-reality-kale-wrap-dupe-recipe It was VERY good with the exception that I thought it called for WAY too much liquid aminos (aka way too salty); I would recommend doing much less and adding more to taste. I need to make it again soon; it's brilliant for meal prep! This woman also seems to do a good job with it and lots of people have recommended her video: ruclips.net/video/UN5KIY1JNrE/видео.html&ab_channel=BrandiChristina
@@TotallyForkable Thank you for your reply. Another RUclipsr, DashaLikesSasha, used bacon bits soaked in agave and a little liquid aminos. Supposedly the recipe is listed in Tassili’s raw cookbook. Thank you for these links. I guess all of us will try and make our own version of this delicious wrap. ❤️
Yes it's a spinach wheat tortilla wrap, they have tomato ones too. They also have a seaweed nori wrap that you can substitute if you want a raw option.
@@TotallyForkableIt would be nice if they could offer raw wraps prepared in a dehydrator. But those require 8 or more hours of drying time. And may not be ordered so probably not cost effective. But would be nice to feature from time to time.
