I think unless you medically have to eat through a tube, there is no need to turn all your food into a liquid. Keep the fiber, the textures, the mouthfeel, and the satisfaction of actually chewing your food. That's why you have teeth!
I always had an aversion to smoothies and purees and thought I was just weird. I even think oatmeal is better when not cooked to a porridge, but just with milk and jam without no prep. Watching some of these people consume smoothies everyday and in the amounts they do always puts me off. I'd rather chew my fruit than drink it.
Plus is so much more emotionally satisfying to eat half a banana, a cup of blueberries, 10 strawberries, 2 cups of spinach, and a cup of almond milk than to just drink it! It would be difficult to eat all of that food on its own, because lots of times the potion sizes on smoothies are huge! There is nothing wrong with smoothies necessarily, for some people they can be really great, but you don’t need to be drinking them at every meal
@@emmakilburg9221 agreed! Chewing good is also important for oro-motor strength. It can be a much richer and more rewarding experience to chew your food. Smoothies aren't bad, but they aren't necessary and should be a sometimes treat.
@@LegacyBowYT I mean, pretty much yeah. Not healthy to stuff junk food in you all the time bcos of fat accumulation and the high amount of saturated fat + salt and sugar, but you'll still be peeing and pooping. The body is very self regulating, but it's important to eat a varied diet so that you can gain nutrients that you need, not so you can "detox".
@@LegacyBowYT i mean, you're gonna find it harder to build the physique you want without good sources of protein - a lot of athletes have meal plans to ensure they're getting enough calories too, as most of them need a lot more than the average person (you can end up underweight). if you're overindulging in sugar, fats and salt you're probably not gonna perform as well as other athletes also
Christine Tirpak nah man watch the vid, she talks about how she cleaned her body, soul, mind morality, and her impurity left her brown eyes turning them hazel. It was actually horrifying and implied everyone with brown eyes is sick somehow lol also I’m pretty sure the diet thing has more to do with “brightness, clarity, shine” not like straight up natural color changes, that’s usually more genetic.
Thirty Dollars a DAY!? For one person!? For two people (we have a separate "meat" budget for my partner, since he's not vegan) we spend thirty a week!! (sometimes less) Talk about detached from the average person. And eating that much with a full time job? Like, dude, I had decent sized lunches and half an hour for lunch and still had problems finishing before going back to work. Who has time for that?
Was this video made just to slam me? I mean...I am sure I could look for details to tear apart anyone if I were looking for them... but aren't there worse things to critique out there rather than trying to pull apart someone who is trying to promote health? I know many may not want do to a raw vegan lifestyle, but it's what I have chosen for myself and what makes me happy. This is why I choose to share it with others on my channel. I appreciate your feedback, but I disagree with you and have made this work for me for over 13 years. Blessings to you.
Do not worry about her kristina it is obvious that she is jealous. I seriously though she is going to give you feedback, but she didn't, I regret opening this video
@Sami Collins but isn't that how most vegans react to criticism big or small? Ms dietitian here has gotten critiqued on her videos before, specifically about unnecessary bashing and going off topic into details that did not deal with her qualifications. Ms dietitian addressed those criticisms, adjusted how she commented on the eating habits of others and took responsibility for her hiccup in stride.
Kate Flowers is a much better depiction of a healthy raw diet. Although she herself admits eating raw is totally unnecessary and very expensive. I'm vegan but I definitely don't eat raw. I could never afford it. I spend a max of $60 a week on food.
@@meliscucen8674 She doesn't seem to all the time now. In her videos it looks like she goes back and forth between eating raw and cooked foods. I think she said that she personally just finds that she feels her best eating mostly raw and that she finds it easier to manage her weight that way. I know she's working on another cooked food e-book now though, so because of that she's eating more cooked foods than she normally would. She seems a lot more flexible with her diet than most raw vegans I've come across, which I think it's a good mindset to have.
@@Rafaella819 Also where you live. I'm vegan and love my cooked foods. I wouldn't want to live without. I also spend about 30 EUR per week on food. But you have to admit that fruit and vegetables are reasonably priced in most EU countries (I have no clue from which country you are). In the US, however, fresh fruit and vegetables are unreasonably expensive compared to meat/dairy/eggs, especially if you think about what goes into producing those animal products.
While I enjoy Kristina’s videos and recipes, I also really appreciate this video. I first went vegan 3 years ago and I was the healthiest I’d ever been. I was eating intuitively, not restricting myself, and listening to my body. I was doing really well! Then, I started following youtubers like High Carb Hannah, Freelee, Fully Raw Kristina, and so on - and my relationship with food became very unhealthy. I was doing high carb low fat, high fat low carb, raw vegan, constantly creating small lists of foods that I’m “allowed” to eat. These diets can be helpful, but they are often very expensive or unattainable. I would often mess up with such restrictive eating plans, leading to guilt. I learned about juice fasting and while it started out healthy, I stopped being able to tell when I was hungry and when I was full after coming back to solid food. I never felt satiated. I started using juice fasting to “detox” when I had eaten something not on my list. I went through phases of counting calories and being really restrictive, failing, fasting, and then eating a lot because I never felt full. I am only just recovering and learning how to eat a balanced vegan diet for my body again. I think that videos like these are really important. Yes, veganism can be incredibly healthy & successful, but we still need balance. Eating enough protein has been extremely beneficial in my overall wellness.
No she isn't, she's known as the opposite... She's known as being similar to this idiot who has fooled you into watching her videos... She's not fit... She's not healthy... She's blah... Just like this mental case who just can't stop saying protein, but at the end of her video says that Kristina's diet had plenty of protein. She talks about not getting enough fiber from that juice but then says she got too much fiber from a salad. Really... Dumb as a rock, cranking out views and getting paid by YOU to lie to YOU from YOU watching ads. Grow a pair... Of hemispheres in your skull.
@@CitiesSkyGay did you read past where I was talking about unnatural vegan? Where I described how Abbey legitimately is lying and double speaking. How she says Kristina is not getting enough protein, then at the end says she got plenty. How she says that she is not getting fiber because she had juice in the morning then says that she got too much fiber. How she says that oil is healthy when in actuality it raises cholesterol levels and coagulates blood. The funny thing about dieticians is that they are paid by unhealthy and nutritionally ignorant people to give them information. Key word = paid. The only way they are paid is if people continue being unhealthy, and that is what her advice does, it tricks people into believing her when she says 2 contradicting statements in all of 5 minutes. Also, where are her credentials, I didn't see them. Listen to what she actually said in the video, then come back to me and respond. Think for yourself, don't "let Abbey" a person on RUclips getting paid by you by you watching her video, be a judge of anything. Look up a great website called nutrtionfacts.org where they give actual information and cite studies rather then giving opinion with no facts to back it up.
I’ve followed Fully Raw Kristina’s diet for 70 days (because my will power is a joke,) but I’ve never felt so good in my life. The energy, great sleep and just a feeling of being clean inside and out was awesome. Come Springtime, I’m gonna give it another shot.
@bobhummuswoszczyzna8999 The reason I stopped was because my whole day/week needed to be planned around my meals: what I was going to have, will there be enough calories, can I get enough to eat if I'm not at home, etc. It was really tough to do this. Also, I found it so hard to get enough calories. I'd have to have 2 big smoothies with 11+ dates and 7 bananas to get enough calories, and I soon grew to despise these smoothies as they became sickening from eating the same thing twice a day. When I didn't get enough calories, I would feel so horrible. I would feel way too exhausted to even get out if bed to make myself something to eat. I definitely think that there are people who can make this diet work for them, especially if they're trying to cure illnesses, but it just wasn't sustainable for me.
valdene lucas she posted a video about a year ago about the health issues she had before becoming a raw vegan. Yes her eating habits are extreme but based off her past health issues, this diet is very beneficial for her.
For anyone who is not familiar with FullyRawKristina here on youtube, I just wanted to say that it was watching her videos that got me to eat more fruits and vegetables. She makes it look so appealing and easy, so joyful... Her channel should be called joyfully raw Kristina :) I owe her a debt of gratitude.
Amen, me and my husband also! it healed his diabetes n gave us so much energy that at 50 years old n lethargic, we started hiking in the mountains and biking to work n back n to go shopping n back and jogging twice a day, not real far but we were jogging! LOL It’s the best we ever felt in our lives. As good as when we were preteens! We spent 120.00 -160.00 per week but now the prices are outrageous!
So true about the extremes. I see this more often with my clients that they are so confused as to why they don't feel good - even though they are eating only vegetables and doing HIIT workouts everyday - when in reality, you can OVERDO the "clean eating" and exercise as well. It's something I talk a lot about on my channel because I don't think it's discussed enough in the health field yet. Thanks for bringing that up!
Jenny Ch HIIT workouts aren’t bad, but they can definitely become a stressor on the body if done too frequently. Including a range of exercises such as strength and walking helps to balance it out 🙌🏻
I laughed at the "heavy metal detox" part I'm a vegan, eat whatever I want (whether it be veggies, oatmeal, pasta, or chocolate cookies) workout regularly, go for long walks regularly... and I haven't been sick in 1 1/2 years now. Not even the slightest. I'm the healthiest and happiest I could be ♡
That's the normal amount of recommended fiber. Also fiber is used to help your colon move the waste to your rectum and helps you poo. That's why it's used for patients in hospitals who are obstipated. It's good for you. Some fiber can also be digested. The 100% not digestible fiber is a myth.
Yes! And she had kids and always talks about being careful to ensure they get a well balanced vegan diet and supplementing with necessary vitamins, really good message from the vegan community :)
Abbey Sharp yes!! I’m so excited for this one, I love that Ellen always says that veganism looks different for everyone & to do what is most attainable for you and makes you feel your best 😁 she’s a great human.
Kristina is awesome. She has not only had a food coop but now grows her own food. I’d say that is economically beneficial. She has always been budget conscious in regards to going about adding more raw food to your diet. How is a set of rules if you are eating everything grown from nature alone? Seems more like what is meant to be. Kristina is a positive influence and she never puts anyone else down as a means to promote herself.
@@AbbeysKitchen It's a person's preference how much dressing they like. What does that matter? Some people like a lot of sauce on their pasta, some only like a drizzle. If you like less dressing, put less, and save the rest for later (eat it as a soup, or put it in a bowl with some nuts, and whatever else you fancy). She's suggested this in plenty of her other videos. Also, to TayukiVlogs... Many of her soups and smoothies can be anything from a smoothie, to a soup, to a "cereal", sauce for noodles, as well as dressing. It's not laden with processed sugars and salts so you can eat away, but it will go bad quicker. So use it quickly. (Note: the more preservatives something has the longer it takes to digest. Not everything, i.e. honey, grains, beans, dried goods, which are naturally preserved, but it's a general rule of thumb with prepared foods, like MacDonald's, or Twinkies lol)
I absolutely LOVE FullyRawKristina. She is a healthy inspiration. Always having had a positive relationship with food, I feel motivated and inspired by her videos.( I eat about 80%raw/20% cooked.) FYI, she supplements with protein powders, collegen and vitamins/minerals 'to cover all her bases' as she has said in her videos. She also has recipes for using the juice pulp and encourages her audience to adapt to the diet and foods as one feels is necessary to feel amazing in their unique bodies.
My favorite part in this video is when you remind us that our bodies are amazing and can detox pretty much anything. If there is one thing I am allergic to - it's all these so-called "detox" smoothies. If you eat a healthy balanced diet - you won't NEED to detox anything anyway!
Udi Assaf Unfortunately, not everyone detoxes. My kiddos and I have a genetic mutation that doesn’t allow us to detox so we have to force it through food, infrared sauna and epsom baths.
Kristina is such an inspiration! Thanks to her video's I juice everyday before my vegan smoothiebowl breakfast AND after intermittent fasting. My stomach and bowel problems are almost healed know and it is thanks to people like Kristina. Also you video is full of contradictions. First you say things are to low then afterwards they are too high? And money? I don't have enough either but I put my health on the first place! Health is worth giving the money for!! I'm not fully raw but 100 % whole food vegan and 80% raw. It changed my life for the better! I already healed CFS, fibromyalgia and Lyme. And yes, I had them al officially and it was a painful and depressing journey from 15 years! :( Now I feel so much better and alive! I am inspired again and lost 40 kg!! I'm better at 40 then I was at 20 and that is the truth! Al thanks to going whole food plant based!
qwer123123124 I've been a vegitarian for 10 years, I'm going to stay vegan because my digestive system doesn't like dairy anymore. Now I may not stay raw vegan, just because I might want to enjoy cooked foods. Eating out and running through Starbucks costs a lot. Prepping your own food is the way to save money. To each their own.
@@elliemurphy5505 a ton in comparison to the other vegan youtubers who promote fringe raw diets and extremely low fat. But overall, she doesnt eat them all the time. Most of her meals are vegetable and tofu stirfries
I love Kristina. I love her smoothie bowls and her juice ideas! I want to buy her book one day. I feel full when I eat like this. It doesn’t make me feel hungry afterwards.
Thank you for doing these videos. I've watched so many "health" RUclipsrs and as a working mom of two, nearly all of them are hard to maintain. It's about balance, not these extremes.
as a vegan- i thank you...my point exactly! i was a raw vegan for a while until i got a hold of my doctor. I got blood tests, BMI test, etc and my own doc - who tried to discourage me from a vegan diet -taught me how to go vegan SAFELY. She gave me pamphlets and advice. when i applied the items from the list in the pamphlet - my iron levels went up...my B12 levels leveled out....everything leveled out. my problem with other vegans is that they dont go to a doctor and get help with it. Vegans NEED the advice and help of a doctor and NOT a "vegan guru" - I now cook my vegan foods as well as go raw on occasion....i also stopped mono-mealing. i like to binge on vegan buttered pop corn from time to time or vegan marshmallows....but there comes a time when you just need to have a balance....that is true for any "diet" out there. i had a hard time in the beginning with undereating that way and not spending the $$ for it was expensive....so i started to cook vegan and it saved me financially. Now i cook a MEAN vegan shepards pie.....or Vegan potatoes au gratin....LOL
Finally, a dietician on RUclips that doesn’t constantly bash and belittle veganism. You accurately critique and respectfully break down the faults in Kristina’s FullyRaw diet, without stereotyping ALL vegans, and even saying veganism is a positive thing. Thanks!
For eating "soo healthy" she for sure looks old af for her age! Side note: Does she know that fruits contain tons of sugar? Sugar is sugar, even if it comes from fruits..
Short answer: she went to a naturopath instead of an actual medical doctor, and her “dietician” wasn’t an actual RD because the word dietician is not protected in Australia like it is in the US.
sowhat A medical doctor can diagnose a medical problem, the RD would be to address her diet. When the naturopath tells her she has a “parasite” and “candida” there’s a problem.
i LOVE that you are talking about the importance of feeling satiated because i think that's the major component of making it a lifestyle rather than a diet, something you can maintain and actually enjoy rather than "push through" for 6 months to a year before you break and binge on all the things. you're great xoxo
I bought her book. I ate raw vegan for six months. It really does give you more energy but it is very expensive and quite laborious. I'd love to be able to eat that way again. You are correct in how prohibitively expensive the diet is for most people.
I recently bought her book. I haven't tried it yet. Should I bother? I just want to eat healthy and eat enough food. Now I'm not sure she's the best option. Is the reason you stopped because of the expense?
I was vegan for over a year and it wasn't working for me because I was eating mostly vegetables, being inspired by Fully Raw Kristina. I love her and I'm a subscriber and think it's wonderful she promotes clean eating (something I think we all benefit from) but I've also learned I can't eat just big plates of raw vegetables all day. I realized if I ever went vegan again and even now that I need to make sure I'm eating enough protein. I've learned on my weight loss journey that though lentils are higher in calories, I feel really good eating them. Mushrooms and lentils are staples and help me stay full with all the protein and fiber. I find I can eat quite a bit of fiber with not many problems, but that is just me. It's just learning what's good for your own individual body and being mindful of what you're eating. :-)
That was one day in her life. I'm sure she changes things up. If someone dosen't like her diet, then , don't do it. Her diet is not for the weak, it takes tremendous self discipline to do that, and I salute her.
personally i think its important for people with actual qualifications to dissect the diets of these 'influencers', who sell these diets (not just on youtube buy with the apps, instagram, meal plans etc) when they're not really qualified too.
Lentils and legumes are extremely cheap when purchased in its dried form. The canned type costs a bit more and usually contains citric acid as a preservative. It is better to prepare from the dried source and just freeze it for later.
And instant pots make the cooking process easy and quick. You don't even need to pre-plan a soak, and you can cook them with salt and aromatics from the start and make them really flavourful. They cook from dried on under an hour. Sorry for the advertisement, it's just one of my favorite purchases of all time, just for how much it upped my bean game.
hey abbey, could you review Caitlyn Shoemaker? i think she's great - her foods always have loads of flavour and variety, plus she does many cool things related to budget, eg. 5 meals under $5. she also remakes traditional dishes like those from the cuisines of italy, japan, etc. xxx
It's $20 for Kristina. She only eats organic. It's much easier and cheaper if you be it around cheap fruits like bananas. 39¢ a pound. One meal of bananas can be cheaper than $2.
I love Kristina💕 She really insires me to eat more vegetables and her channel is just such positive vibration. Thanks for your review too especially the tip of not juicing so much or making smoothies too much and eating the food as whole.. Anyway thanks for the review🌸

THANK YOU for talking about the portions and the time it takes to prepare. I watch these kind of what i eat in a day videos and am always wondering am i supposed to be able to have that much time?? Obviously I know it's not realistic but it's nice to hear someone say. Love your reviews! :)
I find her videos to be inspiring. I think she moved to Hawaii as she grows most of her food on her land. So she really doesn’t need to buy that much, plus she takes supplements. It’s not for everyone, but works for her, which is great! 🥰🙏🤩
Abbey, I’ve watched a lot of your videos reviewing vegan what I eat in a day videos. I’ve looked up to a lot to these people in the past, and your videos are informative & eye opening. I’m assuming you don’t follow a vegan diet, but would you mind making a ‘what you would eat in a day as a vegan’ video? Would love to see what you would do to balance food intake as a vegan. 🤗
Hi Abbey - First video of your's I have seen. I am a whole food plant based vegan and enjoy Kristina's content. That being said, I found this review and analysis extremely well balanced, and thoroughly refreshing from the typical "fad fare" we see on RUclips these days. I agree with most of your points, with a couple of notes. I do believe from data and personal experience, that the RDA for fiber is too low, I think 40g-70g is ideal once you transition to plant-based. I also believe that we can get easily enough protein from plants and that adding animal foods reduces the overall nutritional value of the diet and opens us up to other health issues. In small doses though, I can see animal products being an option for some people, just very small amounts as part of a plant-based diet. I also believe that evidence shows that most people are deficient in B12, vegan or not, and D3 is based largely on sunlight exposure to skin and supplementation, not animal foods consumption, so again, not only applicable to vegans. I do supplement both. Overall, great video, and I look forward to more.
You are correct! I was going to mention vitamin D - So many omni's out there with VD deficiency. It's largely because the increase of people sitting inside all day long.
Abbey's platinum blonde is soooooo on top, it makes me fancy blonde hair even if I never dyed my hair blonde ever in my 40 years. So beautiful, both Abbey and her hair!
The other bad thing about juicing is that your jaw is not working (which make you spend energy doing so) and you don't use your saliva to start breaking down the food. And I don't think chugging this much liquid at a time is good for your system.
I’m a vegan and i’m agree with you. Kristina’s diet is not sustainable for everyone. I also dislikes several youtubers who went to the extreme of veganism until it became unapproachable. This makes becoming vegan as a big burden when it’s actually not that hard. Thankyou for bringing this topic under the spotlight.
I definitely think fully Raw Kristina is on the extreme side however there’s not a lot of inflammatory foods in her diet so no I don’t think she’s going to be suffering from bloating; my experience with going vegan and at one point going fully raw vegan is your body gets used to all the fiber and the bloating kind of goes away after the first two weeks then you really don’t start bloating until you switch back to a standard American diet.
I am SO glad you’re putting out these videos. I only wish I’d seen them sooner. I used to look at random girls’ RUclips videos of what they eat in a day and treat them like the Bible just bc the girl was thin! Watching your videos gives me peace of mind and hope. When I follow the random RUclips influencers diet plans I fail miserably and think something is wrong with me. Watching a nutritionist tell me what I actually need and what’s just a fad or plain ridiculous is so refreshing.
it clearly works for her, you have to take into account that she does lives in a warm country and exercises a lot. She also made it her life. Its ideal, but not realistic for everyone that is so true. it is sad that fruits and vegetables are so expensive. It is also sad that convenience, fast, compact and easy is the goal for most people. What she does that is great is that she makes eating vegetables looks fun and super delicious. She is inspiring... even if you don't copy her diet. She actually advocate that if she makes people eats more veggies in their day, they have done well.
Oh my goodness! I’m so glad your videos showed up in my recommendations. I like these reviews and you’re so engaging. More importantly, the information you provide is very valuable. Many of the things I see trending in healthy food, well, your feedback matches up with mine. This is so educational! Love it.
Although i love fully raw kristina and her diet, i do agree with abby that it most likely only works for kristina and a small majority of people. Most of the population would not be able to do it. But i like how fully raw kristina only asks people to include one raw meal a day. I feel like she just helps people see the variety of raw foods you can make.
I don’t think she eats all that. Does she say that she does? I’ve been a raw vegan for 25 years. I was very very ill when I started. At first I was very hungry because I was so sick. Over time as my body healed I needed less and less food. I tried Cooked plant based healing diets before and always felt hungry. The raw fruits and veggies have life force, (enzymes) and all the nutrients are in tact. Not killed by heat. So my body was finally getting fed and I didn’t need as much food. So I eat mostly fruit and salads, definitely not as big as Kristina, if she actually eats that. I don’t think she does. I think she’s just showing people that you can make beautiful food and share it with others, that’s what I imagine. All I know is that eating organic raw fruits and vegetables for 25 years now has saved my life and I’m so grateful to have found this life style. Our digestive system is closest to a monkeys digestive system and they eat 80% fruit. Meat eaters have short systems and lots of stomach acid. We have long digestive systems so meat takes way to long to go through us. Also, it’s true our bodies detox but with all the toxins were exposed to everyday, either because of the environment or because of poor life style choices, the bodies ability to detox can get over loaded and then toxins accumulate the sometimes creates a situation where the body can no longer release them. This creates disease. The people are more sick now than anytime in history. So no, people aren’t detoxing and we need to help it sometimes. Juicing and raw food are an amazing way to do that. I know not everyone is read to go raw I over night. It’s not even a good idea for many. But we need to slowly go more towards nature for healing. Plants will heal you up. Not dead flesh. Also the protein myth has been pushed on us by the big meat industries. Cancer feeds on cooked proteins . Raw seeds and nuts are a good source of healthy fats and protein. There’s also enough protein in fruits and veggies.
I disagree, bc she started this to heal herself and I'm glad she shared it with us. I tried it for 2 weeks and it helped me so much, Just wanted to see what would happened. Anyways just listened to your body and see how it reacts. I eat everything because I can and no it's not expensive. The hospital is more expensive and the food generally given there well you decide. She's also helping us in areas about planting and doing what we can to eat better. All these people trash talking it's sick and toxic. I wish that instead every one can find some how a way to improve the world. Find and use the good and dispose the bad
love your video! But i would love to see recommendations of the slow burning carbohydrates and protein as you're going through the video. It definitely is WAY too extreme!
Thank you so much for making these videos. I used to watch Kristina and other RUclipsrs who preached the gospel of green juicing and detoxes. I bought into all of it.
Yeah. I’d suppose from the melanin levels and such.
Christine Tirpak nah man watch the vid, she talks about how she cleaned her body, soul, mind morality, and her impurity left her brown eyes turning them hazel. It was actually horrifying and implied everyone with brown eyes is sick somehow lol also I’m pretty sure the diet thing has more to do with “brightness, clarity, shine” not like straight up natural color changes, that’s usually more genetic.
cutecheerfreak1 we aren’t here to hate, but to educate
Detoxing alters your dna!!!!! Wow! 😂😂😂😂😂
Who has time for that?
anyone who claims to """detox""" has no clue what they are talking about.
She's a registered dietician and makes videos reviewing many people's diets. She definitely knows what she's talking about.
Anyone who thinks a vegan diet can be healthy doesn't know what their talking about.
Eric Centers lol
Casey Mullen why does she eat raw then?
@@meliscucen8674 She doesn't seem to all the time now. In her videos it looks like she goes back and forth between eating raw and cooked foods. I think she said that she personally just finds that she feels her best eating mostly raw and that she finds it easier to manage her weight that way. I know she's working on another cooked food e-book now though, so because of that she's eating more cooked foods than she normally would. She seems a lot more flexible with her diet than most raw vegans I've come across, which I think it's a good mindset to have.
yess soo expensive
I'm raw vegan and I spend 30 euros per week. It's not expensive. Depends of what type of raw foods you eat and where do you buy it.
Eating enough protein has been extremely beneficial in my overall wellness.
are you still vegan?
Do a vid on Unnatural Vegan! Shes known for her depictions of what a healthy balance vegan diet is about!
amazing! Thank you
Yes! Please do this!!!
@@gffff68u we'll leave Abbey Sharp, a registered dietician, to be the judge of that
@@CitiesSkyGay did you read past where I was talking about unnatural vegan?
I love Kristina! I think she just tries to motivate people to eat more raw in general, not having to go fully raw.
I’ve followed Fully Raw Kristina’s diet for 70 days (because my will power is a joke,) but I’ve never felt so good in my life. The energy, great sleep and just a feeling of being clean inside and out was awesome. Come Springtime, I’m gonna give it another shot.
Lol you only did 70 days because it's not a sustainable longterm diet. There's a reason it looks like her skin is falling off her bones
@@MIS315 so 3 years later, and after many failed attempts, I'm comfortable saying that yes, you are 100% correct, lol. 😆
@@Majotsukai can you talk more about it? when you decided to stop this and why?
wow you came back.@@Majotsukai
Her diet is clearly extreme. I could never eat that volume and it is incredibly expensive lol. I can eat vegan for $20 a WEEK not a day
Saame I spend about $40 a week to eat vegan (that's when i buy veggie burgers and stuff) but this is insane
She looks to me anorexia too blasted skinny..have to see her before videos..Think she has problem..

Thanks for bringing that up!
totally agree. Thanks for sharing love
Are HIIT workouts bad? I just started doing them about 2-3x a week. I'm only a month in so far.
Jenny Ch HIIT workouts aren’t bad, but they can definitely become a stressor on the body if done too frequently. Including a range of exercises such as strength and walking helps to balance it out 🙌🏻

When I eat over 26 grams of fiber I get SO BLOATED and painful bloating I can’t move!!! I don’t get how she does it
That's the normal amount of recommended fiber. Also fiber is used to help your colon move the waste to your rectum and helps you poo. That's why it's used for patients in hospitals who are obstipated. It's good for you.
Some fiber can also be digested. The 100% not digestible fiber is a myth.

I'm a vegan and I thank you so much for clarifying these nutrition concerns. UnNaturalVegan introduced me to you and I'm excited to watch more .
4:30 I totally thought the salad dressing was a smoothie
It's a lot of dressing!
So many good nutrients just down the shitter 🤦♀️ there’s only so much that your body can absorb at one time/in one 24 hour period. So much waste.
I absolutely LOVE FullyRawKristina. She is a healthy inspiration. Always having had a positive relationship with food, I feel motivated and inspired by her videos.( I eat about 80%raw/20% cooked.)
FYI, she supplements with protein powders, collegen and vitamins/minerals 'to cover all her bases' as she has said in her videos.
My kiddos and I have a genetic mutation that doesn’t allow us to detox so we have to force it through food, infrared sauna and epsom baths.

as a vegan- i thank you...my point exactly! i was a raw vegan for a while until i got a hold of my doctor. @@megan7086 yea a medical doctor is sooo knowledgeable when it comes to diet 🙄🤦 good one 😂🤣

i LOVE that you are talking about the importance of feeling satiated because i think that's the major component of making it a lifestyle rather than a diet, something you can maintain and actually enjoy rather than "push through" for 6 months to a year before you break and binge on all the things. you're great xoxo

Her diet will make you weak thats for sure. Thought sge was 50
personally i think its important for people with actual qualifications to dissect the diets of these 'influencers', who sell these diets (not just on youtube buy with the apps, instagram, meal plans etc) when they're not really qualified too.

I’ve watched a lot of your videos reviewing vegan what I eat in a day videos.
When will people learn: everything in moderation!!!!

I’m lowkey obsessed with Abbey. I love ❤️ people who are just out here sharing knowledge
Thank you for breaking this down. I was always wondering about her channel.
The issue with many plant based fats is the ratio of omega 6 fatty acids that is not good for you . Where in nature can you get Tahini

That doesn’t excuse the fact that Kristina promotes an extreme and potentially harmful diet on the internet
@@ferdinandries7232 You're a grownup? Then determine what's the best diet for you. No one's forcing anything on you.
Do a video on Frank Tufano. You will have a heart attack just watching one of his videos
Will check that out!
Yep. Lots of carnivore channels out there that make you despair.
Abbey Sharp or how about sv3rige?
look - again somebody that doesn't understand what cholesterol is nor how and why it (doesn't) causes heart attacks...
No soup for you Abbey should definitely do sv3rige.
I cannot even imagine the bowel movements this girl must have....
I LOVE hearing a food youtuber criticize the wellness industry and diet culture and showing a more balanced and critical approach
Oh my goodness! I’m so glad your videos showed up in my recommendations. I like these reviews and you’re so engaging. More importantly, the information you provide is very valuable. Many of the things I see trending in healthy food, well, your feedback matches up with mine. This is so educational! Love it.
Can you please do a video review on Rawvana? I loved you analysis!
This series is so interesting!
(Someone, please tell me how you make RAW hummus? Don't you have to cook the chickpeas?)
You do not have to cook chickpeas
You actually don't. Dry chickpeas that have been soaked in water overnight can blend just fine. FoodWishes has a recipe video where he did just that.
Best to soak overnight and sprout first .a few days...for easier digestion
Raw - Kristina have a delicious recipe in her channel. Look for ...
So does she spend all freaking day in the bathroom??
please do frank tufano
I'll check him out!
I was going to ask the same
Thank you so much for making these videos. I used to watch Kristina and other RUclipsrs who preached the gospel of green juicing and detoxes. I bought into all of it. I thought my cells were becoming cleaner and I was healing myself by drinking that crazy amount of liquid 🤦🏽♀️ your videos are amazing, thank you 🙌🏾
My diets is about 3/4 fruits and veg whoever I definitely cousins eat completely raw just with how much it’d cost. Wow! Our budget only allows us about 400-450$ a month for a family of 4, I couldn’t imagine $600 for just ONE person. Holy my
"party platter for one", hahahaha 🤣
She always says "Abbey Sharp" so fast that I always hear Abbey Shart 😂
interesting given that it's food
Can you do a review of Beach Body’s 21 day fix meal plan? Is it going to give us weight loss and muscle building? Is it sustainable?
It is sustainable. It’s portion control not a diet. You get all the food groups. Eating is encouraged
Oh my god that video is gold ! I don't know why I haven't seen any of your videos before. I'm subscribing right now so I can learn better how to eat well !
Where are these recommendations coming from? Just wondering. Where do we find the daily recommendation? So we know at home?
