    I am Natural and been Natural since 2010. My hair grows and once I begin to used alot of different products and my hair started breakage. So what I did I have stop using those products,my hair is fine texture and I couldn't put heavy products in my hair due to breakage. I started putting sew-in and my hair grew, took sew-in out in two to three months waited for a month or two,started back breaking,put braids in and the hair grew back. Now what I use on my hair is Royal Crown Hair Dressing and Sulfur 8 Clean&fresh. What I do with them, one month I use the Royal Crown Hair Dressing twice a week and the next month I use Sulfur 8 Clean & fresh twice a week for a month. My hair is growing great. I use the Cantu Shampoo and I use B7 Beyond Conditioner and Infusium 23 leave in conditioner with Pro Vitamin B5 Complex treatment.

    Anyone else notice that we all start off with Cantù and see hair growth and health then we switch over to all these other products we see on RUclips? Why do we stop using Cantù? It work’s apparently. I started off with Cantù and hair was doing great. I don’t know why I stopped. Besides it’s a lot cheaper than all these other products.

      I noticed that too, and the price is definitely one aspect. I switched from the leave-in conditioner because of the formula change around 2019. But I will never discourage anyone from using Cantu! I still use their products. I think one of the main reasons people switch is because Cantu is not Black owned, and a lot of naturals want to support black business owners.

      @@essentialpatience9995 I believe that’s why I switched over if I’m not mistaken, but I need to use what works for me and my pocket while still supporting blk owned businesses by purchasing a leave in, or hair oil, mask whatever because one thing I love more than anything is supporting my people

    I'm about to learn to do my own hair. The stylist that i go to charges me $185.. just to wash, condition and blow dry.

      Wow, that's a lot of money for that unless that is considered fair market price in your area. Good luck on learning to do your own hair!!

    I'm not sure why, but the Cantu moisturizing shampoo I have, has felt so horrible on my hair recently 😭 I hear good things about Cantu so I feel disappointed, and a little lost of what shampoos and things I need for my hair type (4c/low porosity kinky hair)

    • @essentialpatience9995
      @essentialpatience9995  9 месяцев назад +1

      I felt a change as well! First with the leave-in conditioner in 2020, I think they added rubbing alcohol that is when I switched, and then with the shampoo a little later. I still had some left and continued to use it when my hair was in braids. I am not sure why they keep switching formulas.

      My hair has never done well with Cantu products. I tried them years ago, and my hair felt and looked horrible afterwards.

      @@margh737 Its definitely not for everyone, and not for me at the moment either. The formulas just keep changing.
