The rest of the US is fighting each other over cheap plasma TV's and Xboxes and here you are entertaining the rest of us by filming trains. Great video!
The train at 3:09. Wasn't that a bizarre combination of different cars??? Even the engine seemed different. Perhaps towing them to the repair yard, red flag on the back of the last car?
You just gained yourself an overseas subscriber! Well done on your true passion for trains! All the spots look good, the colors on the trees complimenting the trains as well. Acela trains still look mean and sleek, ACS 64 locomotives are definitely a vital traction upgrade, with that heritage liveried unit looking gorgeous.
What time was you in Elizabeth? I was filming yesterday morning until 125 to Norfolk zoomed by and honestly, I missed 8840 thanks to 3835 to Trenton Transit Center and my lateness getting the film on.

Thank you lol
Fan Railer did u know Amtrak tested out European trains in 1993
Nah. US people fights over why trump won.. And here is this cool dude just filming trains.. Its so much more excitement n entertaining.
ThebusofdoomFSX yep, true
@Kenji Levin Also the trains they borroed from Switzerland and france (iirc). They then developed the swiss one into the AEM-7.
I Love how smoothly the Amfleet cars run at those high speeds. Amazing
2:11 When you don't have time to honk your horn, just honk it in blurs
P.S 3:45 What's with the maintenance unit?
They are working on the tracks, Thats why only 3 are open.
Horizon rail car on first train is interesting, I thought they were exclusively used in the Midwest and I’ve never seen one on the nec.
It’s because of the thanksgiving travelers
They are also used in the Pacific Northwest and Pacific surfliner
@@nolantherailfan5048 I think for extra capacity
14:49 the e-bell is infecting our classic EMD's!! Lol
Excellent shooting. Awesome video quality. Thank you for sharing!

Daily equipment transfer move between Morrisville Yard and the MMC.
Also why was the train like that at 14:28? That one was kind of weird too
Another equipment transfer.
The MUs on the end of the consist need a special adaptation couler in order to be towed by standard equipment...there was an ALP Iin the mix, too.
Wow, that track at the beginning is straight as can be for as far as the eye can see!
AngrySlime11 yep. I live near hamilton and Princeton Junction. Just straight ass track with a lot of high speed. In fact pjc has 3 high speed records

Panos G - Railway videos from Europe + didn’t you know in Europe yaw have a similar locomotives to the acs-64 it is called the eurosprinter
Goatkid 999 Are you a fucking idiot? A Eurosprinter is a genre of trains that hop between European cities. Locomotives can vary a lot.
Greetings from Atlantic City New Jersey 🇺🇸 USA
The overhead shots looking down the tracks was pretty darn cool
Awww the alp46 at 24:06 wanted to be in the shot too
At 9:00 where do these newer locos carry their bell?
Felice Graziano either near the wheels, behind the sled, or up near the horns
0:04 a horizon?
0:45 listen to that thing SCREAM
Also at 3:26 there was a cab car behind the locomotive why is that?
that was an equipment move
Oh
@@atkaorcadrawings7303 try to keep up
Wonderful work!! Enjoyed a lot!!
Whoa 7:21 is this Will Chase speaking?!
23:10 where is that?? It’s a great angle
7:34 you see 662 before it was given the heritage livery
3:14 What the hell kind of train is that? Are they just moving cars or something
Equipment move
My favorite moment is at 15:30
That was epic.
Did I miss something?
At 4:30 I WAS ON 644 :D
Were you the engineer?
KD KING you went quite fast through Princeton
Nice video. Super device!
why was there a horizon car on the first train
11:17 does that driving trailer have a engine on board cause I can hear rumbling sounds coming from that driving trailer
nah
Is it my imagination or do several cars seem to have flat spots on their wheels?
Not your imagination; this is a common occurrence.
What time was you in Elizabeth? I was filming yesterday morning until 125 to Norfolk zoomed by and honestly, I missed 8840 thanks to 3835 to Trenton Transit Center and my lateness getting the film on.
17:00 where’s that noise coming from
Nice catches!
Wow that even pulled an entire trainset
0:29 , were those kids I heard in the background reacting to the speeding acela train passing?
the northeast corridor is always fun
31:38 why is there a driving trailer in the front not being used
PTC system compliant also pls just call it a cab car instead of driving trailer
comet iv cab car @ 13:40
0:46 the best horn ever
@4:02 do trains have to blast their horn while passing stations?
Let's just say that there retarded people
Great Videos. Thanks!!
3:16
thats literally so mixed up lol
What is the track speed at Princeton Jct? I'd guess somewhere north of 90 mph. Very curvy through Metropark. Very busy corridor!
125/135
Nice Video Bud
Trains
Trains
Trains
I love it
Great job
Imagine seeing a packed northeast regional with TVs and house appliances piled out the windows 😂
23:54 train race!
Driving trailer won the race
24:53 that driving trailer made a nice horn
that 2 car arrow was the dinky shuttle
Just Curious, Why did they extend the Trenton bound platform at Princeton Junction?
Track 4 was closed so they put the temporary platform on top of Track 4 so trains can stop on Track 3
Did anybody catch that Amtrak shoreliner-based amfleet car at 0:05?
Yes
its called horizon cars
Why did that platform cover track 4?
Trans-Continental Rail Fan trackwork and catenary upgrades
I like how much time he spent just to make this video
Why they build a platform over the train tacks, that doesnt make sense or ? Or are they destroy the 4. Track ? Nice Video mate !
Track 4 is closed for overhead wire work for several dozen miles.
Fan Railer When is that track reopening
Main Line Productions not soon enough. I commute in/out of Jersey Ave and this work causes some annoying delays.
F23A4 Accord Cool you commute out of Jersey Avenue. Does the parking lot fill up very easily?
What's the horn on NJT 4300?
Nice video!
great camera work...what are you using? super crisp and clear!!
Panasonic HC-V770. Thanks!
Does the Silver Star run at 125mph on the Northeast Corridor or is it still 110mph?
If it has a Heritage dining car, it is 110.

Who Wants Horizon Cars To Be On The NEC 0:06
So much different than the Atlantic City line by me haha
Greetings from Atlantic City New Jersey 🇺🇸 USA
6:27 me talking to my friend on my phone lol
Why a horizon car 0:04?
Extra cars borrowed from the midwest for holiday rush crowds.
How do they get power in the NY tunnels?
The overhead catenary goes into and through the tunnels. So the train never looses power
The great state of New Jersey.
The land of three legged frogs.
15:40 the train comes to life
10:50 nice driving trailer
3:00 rare
true
Ah fan railed back at it again with a other awesome video
