Ted, you are by far my favorite tutor! I have only been flying for a few months and have learned so much in such a short amount of time of how to be a better cinematographer & editor. Thank you!!
thank you my friend and welcome aboard. I just checked out your channel. Very cool. Woodworking, drones, BBQ, traveling. It looks like you’re a creative adventurous spirit. Love it. And welcome to the community here.
An awesome adventure, I know the feeling I went flying at Waterfront City, the Docklands, Melbourne, Australia. It was me and 4 other guys. There was my Mini 2, a Mini 3 pro, A Mavic 3 Classic and a Mavic 3 Pro, It was this time last year near sunset. Being the southern hemisphere, the sun sets around 6:15pm and we had clearance until 6:45pm. The golden hour period is just awesome around the spring equinox.
It’s absolutely inspiring to watch your videos and get the opportunity to learn from a great artist like yourself. You teach this amazingly and allow us the opportunity to grow through your work. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Another super episode, Ted! 🤩Great explanations behind the shots ✨Looking forward to once be able to join your group of friends and doing the drone trip together👍🏻
Inspiring and substantial working methods Tips Absolutely recommendable. For me it is a groundbreaking learning experience from a passionate professional. Grüsse Fink
Good watch ~ really enjoy your fun style. Here in UK (for me remote Scottish Highlands) we are severely restricted in “only” flying (in my case mini 4 pro) in line of sight ~ you must be
James thank you my friend. I enjoyed your latest episode. Just subscribed. I am half Scottish. My grandmother (Mary Ellen Bute) is from the Isle of Bute. What an incredible artist/filmmaker she was. I truly need to research her family back there. Thanks for watching my friend.
Ted: You KNOW we want to tag along with you and your buddies. Bring on that series. Your shot list has all of the elements that I try to use. Except that breaking the horizon. I gotta add that. Thanks for putting this together, squeezing all of us in the car and flying us to that dilapidated castle. Until next time you have my thumbs up.
Great job, Ted! Another great quality video with tons of handy tis and tricks! I always pick up something new from you every time I watch your videos! Very much appreciated!
Awesome trip, brother. Thanks for sharing, and I would love to see the next adventure. As always, thanks for sharing the great tips and tricks for the flying camera!
I love all your videos. You are the Man! I lost my mini3 pro so it's going g to be a while before I'm back I'm the drone photography. Life has not been the same without my flying camera crew 😢. Thanks for a great video...
Thanks Ted. You are my favourite Drone guru as your content is so practical. From this one video there are several things I'll get out and try next flight.
Nigel. Right on. Stay tuned for my next episode. IT IS EXACTLY what you said. No drone tutorial but more like a life share while riding motorcycles and helping a dog rescue shelter.
Great video, Ted! The footage of Bannerman Castle was stunning, and your tips on achieving a cinematic drone workflow were super helpful. Thanks for sharing your process-really inspired me to try some new techniques! P.S.: I am adding this place to my list! Also, put me down on your next adventure. :)
Great Video!! Notice no graffiti on the walls of structure!! (for New York this is amazing) Can you do a video on the Googles 3; I suffer from vertigo but they are so amazing!! FOR A WALL IN NEW YORK STATE WITHOUT GRAFFITTI BIBLICAL!!!

What a great video! And I will be remiss if I didn't bring attention to the gentlemen you were with. They seem like a really good group of men. If I was anywhere near New York I definitely would want to go out with you lads.

Pittsburgh has some great photo and video opportunities. You should come to check it out. If you did come this way I would love to join you and your crew. Loving the videos and learning a ton from watching them
Love it. Makes me wonder if you've ever set up way points when on a planning run and then come back at golden hour to fly the way point route. Be kind if you have a tutorial on that and I haven't seen it yet. 😂
hey buddy. Loved that zip line you posted. Hey FYI….I’m going to start moto vlogging on this channel. Working on first episode now. Super excited. We gotta ride sometime soon.

hey Rob. Yup i totally agree. Learning and practicing the craft of lighting/composition/storytelling with moving images is much more interesting than comparing new camera specs.
interesting question. Not sure. But I heard great things about that show. If that location is from the show…..might be a cool idea for me to try to recreate the cinematography they used.
@@TedNemeth it probably isn't, unless they used the facade for outer shots. But, awesome video my friend! Gave me a lot to think about, especially for my airbnb shoots in Tahoe
Hi, Ted: I like your video and I leant a lot, Hey, Ted, I crashed my mini 4 pro anove hudson river since I can't get permission in manhattan so I went to hoboken in NJ side to shot the beautiful night scenes of westside of New York city, my baby crashed on an apt building in NJ because I used zoom then I can't judge the distance, what a tragedy! So I'm going to buy new drone may be Mavic 4 pro coming up next month. so in this video, where was that catsle ? upstate? I was told that New York city made even more difficult for Drone, it seams impossible to fly drone in the city, but I still see people fly drones in the city, do they take the risk of going Jail? how can YOU fly in Manhattan?
1000 feet in altitude? Hmmmm."The maximum allowable altitude is 400 feet above the ground, and higher if your drone remains within 400 feet of a structure." I hate to be that guy, but some newbies out there may attempt flight at that altitude which jeopardizes manned aircraft safety.
