    I did hurt my shoulder during my first flow of aerial yoga maybe 7 years ago (while my body was still recovering from hand chirurgical operation :/). Self care is a never ending love story. I learnt to respond immediately to my gut no matter what. Still trying ways to fully recover and your flows are real pearls on my strings and every day life ❤. In your book you talk about the power to play and the freedom to choose. Yeah! This is what I needed and this is what I am learning on your channel. All that to say THANK YOU to put your work online.
