  • Hey babes! We are back with another OMAD VLOG! This vlog is a little long just because I missed a couple weeks so I thought why not do a 50 minute vlog to make up to you guys! I hope you enjoy♥️

    Low carb teriyaki sauce ( mine is from Trader Joe’s)
    Season & cook everything separately with the seasonings I used in the vlog and then plate everything together! Bon appétit!

    Baby we are building muscle and losing fat! The scale is not a good indicator of what is really going on! You are a brick house not a stick house!!! 🥰

    From this video I took away the gentleness with which you hold yourself, the care that you take and awareness of how you speak to yourself. The key to a healthy you is right there between the breath, when you mind is rushing to tell you all the negative things, but you choose to carefully choose what you believe. You are a fine example sis👏👏👏👏👏. PS: I'm I favour of a carnivore diet

    Thank you for the reminder to not bow to the scale; I've been finding myself weighing everyday and it's bringing me down, even though my clothes are looser.

    Hey Honey... Girl, i'm proud of you. I'm 35 already and i work 5-10 hour days every week. So i be just as drained if not worse. I need prioritize sleeping regularly. Be we move. I work mid-shift days from 2 to 12 AM. Girl I be knocked out. But i force myself to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week. It's real hard out here for a pimp. Lol 🤣😆

    You’re so inspiring. I just started back OMAD I fell off and you make me feel like it’s ok to fall off and get back on it. Plus I don’t like Meal prepping for more than two days or I’ll be like you tryna decide what else to eat.

    Hey sis, I’m an RN and used to do 12 hours at the hospital omgggggg (especially if you do 3 in a row) you doggone need 48 hours to recuperate 🤪😂❤🫶🏾 love the vlog per usual 🫶🏾

    Hey sis,
    Not sure what stores are in your area. I heard you mention Trader Joe's was the only store you knew for cauliflower rice. Publix, Walmart, Target, Whole Foods and Sprouts all see it too 🙂. Hope this helps. I love your vlog 💜

    Try some eucalyptus oil in a dry sauna . Put a few drops on the heat rocks .

    Kinda going off the point about body fluctuations, i began recording my weight every morning since the new year and generally i see a downward trend, however i notice that every 8 weeks, my body "jumps" to a weight i was averaging at three weeks prior so i just have that thought in my mind and it keeps me encouraged if theres days or week where i feel like the scale is not reflecting my lifestyle so to speak. Im not saying thats something you should do and i do know weight is one factor of many, but just something ive noticed about myseld

    I don't even let my scale get to me anymore definitely lots of none scale wins I see it in my outfits in my face and my energy levels

    Hey Raquel! The scale is a hater!! You can’t always trust it for real, for real! Glad you researched and found out where the extra lbs came from. It does help our psyche to know. But of course I enjoyed the vlog! The food looked delicious as always and your music, babe, it HITS!!     Hey girl, hey! You look amazing. I too used to struggle bad with the scale and weighing myself 1-2 times a week is healthy for me too. I’m 76 pounds down in almost 2 years with OMAD. We started around the same time lol. WE got this 💪🏾

    If you don’t already, roll your eucalyptus leaves with a rolling pin. Not to oblivion lol but breaking some of the leaves helps release the oil and scent better. Just roll over the bundles a couple of times and you should only need 2 and not 4

Especially being from west Africa I see the difference and when I do the regular scale I am like devil not today lol

    Girl, I’ve been doing good loosing weight. I’ve been eating OMAD, working out and getting a great amount of rest. I got on the scale and noticed I went up 3 pounds…. I realized that before I went on my cacti got my hair braided and this mess is heavy. Girl, I got 3 pounds of added hair on my head 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Without this hair, I stayed my exact weight during my vacation so I’m ok with that 🥰🥰🥰

    Love the vlog as always. Do you have a smart scale? I got one over a year ago and the weight part I don’t really pay attention to much anymore cause I’ve lost over 20lbs since then. The other numbers mean more to me at this point in my journey. My visceral fat, overall body fat and bmi have all dropped. My skeletal muscle and muscle mass have increased all while the weight only goes down a little now. So that’s something to consider as well.
