Mr Antonio you are so right on in case people are wondering if what you say is true because when I was a sales man in a fashion store and I would talk to the best sellers they would tell me a number of the strategies you tell me and one of the best sellers I got to know in general was very good at asking a lot of questions especially open ended ones to gather a lot of info, very insightful info to be more purposeful and not just try to by lucky

We get clients with low budgets and others who are shopping around for the lowest rate. Could you share some tips on how to identify them by gently pre qualifying financially without being too obvious about it? I feel like the questions im asking are too direct and obvious. VO, it takes practice to find the right question(s) and make it sound natural and inviting. Keep practicing! Don't let their LACK of response discourage you; view it as a challenge and ask yourself, "How can I come across more open?" :-) VA

How do you overcome when a customer walks in, you greet them and ask what brings them in and all they have to say to you is "I'm just looking around". I've tried narrowing down what they are looking for in particular but they often keep saying they aren't looking for anything in particular and are just "taking a look around" and won't give up any information. Help!
