18:15 yes this is India. The crowd in the general class which are mere 2-3 coaches who usually travel short distances without booking upfront.
18:20 No this is not India. It’s Bangladesh. India has the highest coverage of railway electric lines in the world at about 95% and people cannot stand over the trains because of that and Indian trains are not of 1900s with shady green and maroon colours.
    Additional point:
Big changes are happening in Indian train systems where AC and Non AC are being launched separately, short distance (100-250kms) and long distance trains (both with AC) are being launched separately. The target to complete this transition is 2028. Vande bharat train is one example of it.
23:48 both the currency notes shown here are not in circulation.

No country is 100% safe. If you Visit the European countries there are countless allegations of tourists facing Racism at the same time if you visit South American countries there's a Threat of mafia and drug cartels!
In India we own Indians face the heat and gets subjected to Scaming if we travel to other states because of Language barriers! If you are Alone the chances are more if you to get scammed. I suggest you to travel with someone alongside take help from your Indian friends. India is such a Lovely place. You will enjoy more with someone by your side.
You can see Cold desert, Ice cap mountains and Tallest peaks in the world in Ladakh, Himachal and Uttarakhand states! You have places in india which have temperatures as low as -30 C and as hot as 50 C. You have rainforests like tropical countries in western ghats ranges, Beaches like Maldives in Lakshadweep, Andaman Islands are like Indonesian archipelago, The North East have beautiful waterfalls, Caves, similar to SEA countries!
You have a hot Desert like the Arabian countries!
You can see the most fertile plains in the world just like Ukraine and Argentina India is blend of
    All countries.
You can see the Richest of Richest Localities and Night life nothing short of western countries and in the same city you'll see
Most of India is Safe. Mainly the South Indian states, The North Eastern states, Rajasthan Maharastra and Gujarat on the west the Ladakh, Himachal, Uttarakhand states are safe aswell also visit Andaman and Maldives which are safe aswell!
Don't stay overnight in unknown locations or In rural areas and never ever do Budget travel as you can face so many difficulties look for Google reviews and book the place!
Ignore Delhi and Northern states India is much beyond Delhi and Agra! If you visit Northern states please be aware in Nights. That's it! You'll be safe if you are with someone.
We Indians ourselves don't prefer solo travelling in other states.
You can find 1-2 peoplewill be rude nut at the same time you will see 5-6 people around you who will be hospitable and ensure safety and make you feel comfortable. So the place you stay is most important. Don't just go to a place cause it's cheap loot out for reviews everywhere you wish to go be it for food or stays!
If you keep this in your mind you'll enjoy your time and make your best memories here!

@KinfolkTravels ik, ranthambore is quite famous internationally due to its heritage, but tiger sighting chances are much better in Tadoba which is in Maharashtra state near Nagpur city and Jim Corbett is in Uttrakhand state near New Delhi. Tiger sighting chances are lesser in Jim Corbett than Tadoba, but the forest is worth watching, especially the Dhikala zone in early morning safari in winters. The best zones are Adegaon Gate for Tadoba and the Dhilaka zone for Jim Corbett. Whatever you would want to visit, just book the tickets at least 3 months prior as these are the most famous zones, and they get sold out in no time. • @KinfolkTravels

      Hi!
It depends so much on how luxurious, the different areas etc.
      I’d say:
Accommodation: $1500 you will have a very comfortable time. But there is no limit to luxury in India and $3000 will get you quite a luxurious time. (For 4 weeks)
Food: Western food is more expensive but on $20 a day per person you will be very comfortable. Perhaps not luxury. Once again no limit to luxury there.
Transport and activities: really depends where you are going and what you are doing. But it’s not expensive in India.

With regards to cash, we usually just paid with our cards or drew money there so I’m not too sure about the cost of exchanging.
But I think there is always a small fee for exchanging/ the fee is build into their exchange rate.
3000euros of cash shouldn’t be an issue to carry on you. It is usually larger amounts of cash ie 10 000 euros up.

Very useful, comprehensive, & accurate, so my comment may be a bit nitpicky.
Anyway, am a little surprised to see caste being mentioned. It has no relevance in today's India, be it for foreign visitors or Indian tourists. In fact, many Indians feel that the inaccurate portrayal of caste in the West was simply a British divide & rule subterfuge, therefore still badly misunderstood.
It might be more appropriate for visitors to be aware of religion in the subcontinent, conflicts over which many inaccurately (because it predated their arrival) blame the British.

I guess for me coming from South Africa where we had apartheid a lot of things started making sense about India once I learned of the caste system. There are so many simulaties between our two counties and because of being colonized by the British and these systems that were implemented I felt like I really gained a deeper understanding of the country and what its dealing with today as we South Africa is going through similar things.
Maybe it wont be as valuable for people from countries that didn’t deal with those issues. ☺️

actually India is the most populated country not the 2nd & I'm pretty sure that India doesn't have a national sports and national language 😅

I heard it’s the most populated now. ☺️
I think every country has a national sport and language “officially”. But it’s often not quite in line with what the citizens think and môre for show.

    India guide 101
Don't stick to the golden triangle only. India is the 7th largest country on Earth, explore and visit more places. Also it's not like every part of India is the same. If people only visit like 3 cities and believe entire India is like that, then it's just plain ignorance. India is the most diverse country on the planet, in almost every term, like food, language, geography, religion, culture etc.

Of course tax payer money was used.

@@KinfolkTravels India has no national sport. The ministry of youth affairs and sports has replied to an RTI (right to information act) query filed by Mayuresh Agrawal, a school teacher from Dhule, Maharashtra, in 2020 Jan 15, confirming that India has no national sport declared. It's just a popular perception created due to India's prolonged success in hockey in olympics several decades ago. Please look this up and clear your doubts.

1:44 it's not, it's just claim , like some websites/books claims it's hockey, some cricket, some say it's kabbadi but actually it's nothing.

  • @sayanmandal1289
    @sayanmandal1289 4 месяца назад +5

1:42 i don't know where you got the information, but it's completely wrong India doesn't have any national sports because every region has its own choice of sports, and what you are saying is just some claim .If someone is planning only to visit the triangle then it will be wrong descision. Because India is so diverse so visiting only west India will be foolish job .

I think all countries have a national sport for official purposes, might differ though to what the general population agrees on ☺️
India is very big, people would need to visit it plenty of times to explore it all but unfortunately everyone doesn’t have the luxury to take months of leave or a lot of savings so I think everyone like myself just to try to do our best and see what we can with the time and funds we have 😊
