Recorded at the International Motor Press Association (IMPA) Fall Test Days event. James is a professional race car driver. He currently competes full-time in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West and has notched over 200 main event victories in his career, which is quite remarkable for a nineteen year old.

Watching his 360 VR sucks on a PC. Couldn't you go back to regular 360 or even better, use two regular cameras?
lfsracer79 Thanks for the feedback! Which browser are you using? Firefox does an okay job with it, but it’s best on a phone. I haven’t watched on a headset yet. It’s a bumpy road, but 360 is the way forward. I shot a bunch of 360 at this event, it’s much faster to rig the car, which is important, because other drivers are lined up waiting.
Yeah apparently it works on Firefox but not on Chrome...
lfsracer79 Kinda crazy, since RUclips/Google is encouraging creators to post 360 videos. 🤷🏻♂️ There’s little incentive to do so, without traffic and revenues to support the effort. I need to buy new GoPros and rigs to go back to a three camera setup. I only have a GP3 & my iPhone for in-car right now.
