Easily the greatest scene in film history goes to Hobo With a Shotgun. Words simply can't describe how orgasmic this scene (and the film in general) is.

That is absolutely fine, I completely understand why anyone would dislike this scene. It's uncomfortable, tasteless, and vulgar.

Anyone else notice the bus door doesn't have a spanish sticker at the beginning, but does at the end? Granted the sticker is probably for irony since it says "For your safety"
What you resist persists. It's not just a saying. When you hate someone back, it actually sets off cortisol and other anger responses in the other that are addictive to the mind and body. And obviously if you try to fight bad, it will have a greater reason to fight back.. When you don't support things that the ego loves like greed and over-pleasure, then hate naturally dissolves in time.

Yup, because the child is always innocent no matter what. The adult has done at least one thing so horrible that karma is waiting to get them. And that goes for even the good adults.

I put together what i called Hobo Night last night. my and five friends went into Seattle to watch this movie. it was freaking awesome, but Mack laughed uncontrollably at this part.... not cool, man.

Here's the thing about this movie: it has balls. That goes without saying. This isn't a movie where the hero saves the day in the nick of time, because that isn't how real life works, and the movie portrays that very well through this scene.
Sadists want nothing more than to inflict pain, and that doesn't necessarily mean they will just stop and say "Woah man, we can't do that, these are CHILDREN!"... because that isn't the way mentally troubled people are.
Like many people this truly shocked me those kids like school!

Good point all in all. However, the murder of children is something so sanctimonius that if you are going to present it in art, you don't ever play it for wacky comedy purposes, you respect the severity of the matter, if not than you are a piece of shit with no understanding of the preciousness of life and innocence. And thats why I hate this movie with every fiber of my being.
Please enlighten me just for future reference: What is the appropriate cutoff age when deciding whether or not to brutally slaughter someone?

Yeagh, problemn is that I don't even remember how the bad guys died. All I remember is a shallow director who was so intent on shocking people that he resorted to the lowest, most despicable means of provoking a reaction from viewers with a discusting scene like this.
