Garlic bread is one of those old favourites that will never be out of fashion. This version is the French one using butter. It can be made in two ways, under the broiler (grill) or in a frying pan. The frying pan version is a little more indulgent with a toasty flavour and twice the butter. A great starter guaranteed to wet everyone's appetite and so easy to make. Buy a baguette now.

Yummmmmy.. but I would rather use bran or Multigrain bread bcz this all-purpose flour breads are entirely unhealthy and of no use... You are a magnificent cook, I expect you to bring out your recipes with healthy options... I hope you understand 💖💖💖
I bake a wholemeal bread made from my local stone mill farm every second day. Health is also important to me, but once in a while, eat for enjoyment only. 👍😀 I do have a healthy recipe section.

Quite a while, pretty much as long as the butter lasts. a few weeks no problem, check the butter expiry date. Freeze it for even longer.

Garlic can taste bitter if blackened or caramelized too much when pan fried...a friendly suggestion.

which option makes the toast tastier? need reviews
Option A will be more crunchy but drier. Option B will be softer but more greasy and messy dish. Also it takes more energy to make but its good for someone who doesnt have an oven.

what temperature do you use for the broiler?
I only have full, but not too close to the element.
@@recipe30 You cant choose a desired temperature on your broiler? I have discovered that my broiler defaults to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, but I turn it down to 450, and that seems to get the job done.

If you cant find the garlic press, you can finely cut garlic and press with a wide blade.

how long the time to oven this bread?
There's no such fix time, depends upon the type of oven an individual has.. but this doesn't take too long ... Won't go beyond 10 to 15 min.. try it
