Hey Paul, I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. Neil sounded like a great man and I’m grateful you had him in your life so you can continue his legacy by inspiring all of us aspiring aviators with your passion and videos
Hey Paul. I was just saying that I’m a kid and I want to become an airline pilot and I do know how to fly an airplane. Every time I see your videos, it motivates me to find my dream. Thank you, Paul.
Man the excitement when I see a new video from you, Paul! Thanks so much for all you do. Can’t imagine the time that goes into these videos! So much appreciated. One of the things on my bucket list is seeing the northern lights. Hopefully next year!! So sorry for your loss! Neil sounds like a great guy to have in your life. Thankful I have someone like that as well. Thanks for all you do for us!
I was a Flight Attendant with United from 1988-2004. I was based in DC and would have loved flying with you and joining on the adventures. I did some fun things like Scuba diving the Keys and off Kona to overnight fishing out of San Diego. On a crazier note, I went to Law school in Denver while flying out of DC. I would fly 1-2 trips then commute to Denver where I grew up and attend class at the Univ. of Denver Law School which was just down the street from Stapelton Airport. In between trips I actually got to see my wife. I graduated after 3 1/2 years. After flying I had a great career as a trial attorney. I will pray for you and your friend Neil. Take care and God Bless.
Sorry for your loss. World today needs more people and pilots like you. Always watching your videos and in that way visiting all the cool places in the world.
Current flight attendant, aspiring pilot here. You are such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your layover life! This is definitely one of the best videos I have ever seen on RUclips! 🫶🏼
I too work for a Canadian carrier and I thank life every day for being able to exercise this wonderful profession and for being able to visit the world at the same time. Your videos are super beautiful, I love them. Sky is the limit !!
We are glad to see the other side of Paul the law over life # The compassionate ❤️ side and the bloopers side 😅 and what you call 🤙 Minnesotan nice ✈️🛫✈️
Hello from UND Flight school. Really touched me as I have lung cancer. I still work thankfully. Enjoy you and your videos very much. I’m thankful for you.
I'm terribly sorry for your loss captain. I hope everyone is lucky enough to have someone like Neil in their lives. May he forever find clear and blue skies!
I’m so sorry to hear about your mentor, Paul. I could tell he played a major impact with your career and also your life. And now, you’re carrying the torch for many people!
Makes you realize how you should cherish every time you get to see a loved one. Never knowing if it may be the last time you get to be blessed with their presence. Never go to sleep with anger in your heart towards somone you love. Sorry for your loss, it’s so amazing the people you look at in your past who were instrumental to where you are today. So glad you can pass that gift on to another.
Mentors at pivotal moments in our lives are invaluable. Now here you are, the seasoned captain, with the opportunity to affect people in a positive way as Neil did (in his own way) all those years ago.
I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I think he is happy to see your tribute wherever he is now. I'm also sure he was proud to have shared a part of his life with a man like you and the career you have achieved also because of his mentorship. Thank you for sharing this touching story.
Paul, I am deeply sorry for your loss. My condolences! As you mentioned, Neil's guidance and mentorship have positively impacted your life and certainly others indirectly through your incredible videos! RIP ✈🌹
Hey Mr Paul I really love your videos and every time i don't wanna be a pilot I watch one of your videos and i am reasured so thank you and hope to see a new video soon!
RIP Neil the world lost a good man, but heaven gained a helluva angel! Keep up the awesome content Paul you are a true inspiration and an oasis of good and wholesome content in a world full of trash content, i appreciate you!
Paul hi from Alberta, Canada. As a 40 + year business traveler I've racked up my fair share of air miles. I always take advantage of long layovers or extended my travel stays to explore the special places of this world too. Fortunate my employer allows us to retain our travel points for personal use. However you take layovers to a whole other world and I love it. Your personality is infectiously positive and fun look forward to each posting. A moment of silent recognition to your mentor and friend. Thanks for sharing your special places,
A great video in a very sincere way. You have a great delivery, friendly and unpretentious! So sorry for your loss. I was filling up hearing about Steve. Take care! Kev
Hi Paul, glad to have found your channel and my sincerest wishes to you and your good friend, Neil. Your passion for aviation and exploration is contagious, and he would be honored knowing you are sharing that passion with us through the power of social media. God bless
What a beautiful tribute to your friend and mentor. I love how passionate you are. This world would be a better place if it had more Paul's in it. Wonderful video! I love how adventurous you are.
Paul, im sorry for the loss of your friend and mentor. The places you choose to go to and feature on your channel are amazing. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to "visit" all these places even if we might never get there.
Another awesome video Paul! Iceland is on my bucket list, but during the summer months...because this New Englander has ditched the cold for Texas. haha. So sorry to hear about your friend and mentor Neil. No doubt we all have someone like Neil that guided us, maybe without us even knowing. I have had several of those people in my 40 year IT career. My first one....without revealing his name...GCP....this one is for you! Thanks for being my first boss and best boss as well as a friend/mentor! Will he ever see this post? Doubt it....but I'll be sure to let him know next time we talk.
Man if there’s one channel that I could shout out as one of the most deserving of more subs it would be this one. Every video is so well made and it’s amazing to see a vulnerable side to people on this app. Major kudos and as a pretty frequent united flyer I really hope I get to hitch a ride with you someday! Sorry about the loss :(
Neil sounds like a man of God. And you are blessed to have been mentored by him. He surely has rubbed off on you because you are a tender hearted and sensitive 👨.
Paul, I’m so sorry for your loss. Your channel has always been a source of happiness, adventure, and inspiration for so many of us, and I can only imagine how hard this time must be for you. The memories and stories you share bring joy to countless people, and I’m sure your friend would be so proud of you. Everything you do. Take all the time you need. We are all thinking of you and sending strength your way. Fly high, and may your friend rest in peace.
I’m sorry for your loss. And although you don’t know me from a can of beans I want you to know I’m working hard towards my commercial rating and your videos have got me through some dark times. Last week I had a flight home for a family emergency and it was your longest domestic flight video that took just enough off my mind to unwind. But there’s many more so thank you and me and my daughter look forward to the next one!
Sorry for your loss 💔 I always enjoy following along on your travels. It seems like we have similar taste when it comes to the RUclips channels we watch!

Can they see who a pilot is for flights?
Wow! The N number 58101 or nose number 101 is the first 757 Continental Airlines purchased back in the early 1990's. I've taxied this plane. I worked for Continental then and United now. Tech ops. I'm always on the look out for this plane and it holds great memories for myself. I enjoy your videos.
