    Can you provide a tutorial for how you got the broken glass effects?

    • @LightPaintingPhotography
      @LightPaintingPhotography  4 года назад

      The broken glass effect was created by literally shooting through a old windshield that was broken. They are not the easiest to get but you can get them from a local junk or scrap yard. You simply place the broken windshield between the camera and the sheet.

    Hello Jason, those images you created are truly works of art! So the lightpaiting itself and the model both are behind the curtain? The camera faces a sheet and everything is created behind the sheet in all those images?

    • @LightPaintingPhotography
      @LightPaintingPhotography  3 года назад +1

      Yes indeed that is correct. The Light Painting and the model are both behind the sheet, the camera is on the opposite side of the sheet pointing at the sheet.

    How long did it take you to master as I'm giving it a go and it's not as easy as it looks?😊

      No masters here, we are all students. Everyday new discoveries, you will make some that we never would have, keep going!

    Great video, but I am confused as to where you are standing in the beginning of video. Are the both of you directly in front of the camera and the sheet? Or are you both behind the sheet whereas the camera sees the blank sheet until you start light painting and then camera would see your subject silhouetted?

    • @LightPaintingPhotography
      @LightPaintingPhotography  5 лет назад

      Hey Paula the camera sees the blank sheet. Model and artist are both behind the sheet on the opposite side of the camera.

      bleachmist
      Back in ‘88 I framed my ‘51 Indian Chief motorcycle in flames from a garage cobbled torch onto 35mm film. I had a feeling the technique needed exploration. Too bad my imagination was short when digital showed up.

    Am I seeing some great "Album Covers"? You may want to contact some local musicians and see what their Website artwork looks like. Let alone their Social Media pages. No sheet.
