Short videos but very useful Learnings! Excellent work brother. Many thanks.

The running dimensions tip is great. I’ll definitely use that!
I guess if your preferred dimension style has the dimension in the middle of the line you could match that by adding a white fill to it so it appears to break the line.
A radius or diameter dimension tool will be a welcome addition.
I can see that once a circle or arc has been modified it, entity info can’t tell its radius any more but you could have a layout tool that took 3 clicks on a curve to give you a pretty accurate dimension.
If I knew the slightest bit about coding I would do it myself!

Radius and diameter dimensions would be handy.

I have a grid-line system in Sketchup, for a three-story building model. I use this gridline system for layout for three-level floor plans at scale 1/4"=1'-0". When I apply dimensions in layout and I find out dimensions are different in different viewports (different pages). For example, dimensions from grid line "G" to F" on page 1 is 6'-6 1/2" (first-floor plan), the dimension from "G" to "F" is 6'-7" (2nd-floor plan). The dimension style of the two viewports in 2 pages are set up the same, The setting camera of two viewports are "Orthor" at the same scale: 1/4"=1'-0". I try to trickle the drawing by setting up the precision in Dimension Style in 1" to 1/64". The dimensions are still not the same; 1/2" difference. It is so frustrating. Anyone knows why? Thank you. There is another feature...... Adding a text note on the dimension. Click the Dim to double bracket then move cursor outside double bracket enter text note.

Interesting but it still could be better if you just created code for running dimensions....

No... if I tried to create ANY code, it would be far worse! We t will make far a good enhancement request, but for now, I will show you guys how to work with what we’ve got!
