People can grow hair where there's none though, with minoxidil and microneedling. But what about people taking steroids, the increase in DHT will grow more beard right?

there still has to be hair follicles, hair follicles that probably need awakening, If there are no follicles, minoxidil will not magically regrow hair from nothing.

Why to waste precious hair follicles for the beard? If you can just take them from your neck area and fill in the sparse areas?

Hey, I was wondering if I could get an answer on something I wonder about from you guys since you are doctors. Can minoxidil applied at an area with nerve damage (my chin) make the nerve damage worse? I don't feel like it's getting worse at all, but I think I feel the nerve damage a bit more after I applied the minoxidil. I would be so happy if you guys could answer me :) thanks, and love your videos

Other than the palms of the feet and soles of the hands 100% of the body is covered in hair. Your noise, your forehead, etc. Velus hairs can be converted into thicker hairs with minox and other therapies.

Can I use finasteride on alternate days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Monday,...) instead of 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) will it get better or not (I definitely did not forget the dose). Thank you so much.

Throughout my 20s, I had almost zero facial hair, probably only a few whiskers over my lips & on my chin. He said "If there are only 10 hairs in a area, there are only going to be 10 hairs in that area," but I started using minoxidil back in 2018 when I was 28 & grew a beard. So unless if my new growth hairs were just thin tiny hairs that were un-seeable to the human eye prior to 2018, I was for sure able to grow a beard using minoxidil. I became lazy & stopped using it after like 18 months, but I still kept all my gains. I just started again this year, the only parts I'm still having trouble with are my cheek area, but since using it in 2018 I've grown my goatee, mustache, jawline hair, & sideburns. I used to have no sideburns growing up, like my hair would just stop growing by my ear for some reason. Lol

Yes. Beard hair, chest hair etc can be used. But, their growth rate will be less.
