This is exactly what creates bullies, single mothers who will never see anything wrong with their children. The mother still doesn't accept the reality that her son tried to jump someone smaller with another kid over property damages. These mothers need to be punished for creating monsters. And glad the 15 yo stood his ground from the bully.
There isn't a sober man on earth that would want to be in the presence of these 3 women.

@@SmushyMcMushy I would agree with you if this was back in the early 2000's. But too many women whore around to get pregnant just to be houses by the government system and child support. It is happening too much. Women get divorces just for the heck of it and use the children as a form of extortion for the father pay more in child support. Maybe women should be more patient and pick a guy to get pregnant with that will never leave her or vice versa.

I’d like to hear from the other kid/family- sounds like there was more background leading up to fight. Could have been self defense, which does not excuse the violence, but may offer insight. Certainly questions need to be answered.

Same here I would like for the other side to talk and say there side. Clearly the juniors went looking for problems so they are not as innocent as his family is making him out to be . I heard he was a bully .
Condolences to the families but the report I’m hearing is that 2 kids who were Juniors walked into a Art Class to fight a freshman. 2 on 1 and the Freshman ended up stabbing them both.

It's usually is always the families. We know the values that this one teaches and upholds.
From the news videos, two against one and smaller is able to use force to defend himself. The 15 year old was with-in his rights of self defense, the parents of the two older boys need to be investigated!!!

Parents are at fault also. I dealt with my sons being bullied an the school didn’t do anything but I had to know my children and know what they were capable of and I kept believing teachers that said everything was fine. But nothing was OK so I volunteered. When I volunteered, I got to see what really went on in the schools. Teachers are afraid to do anything especially tell a kid no with a fear of being shot or attacked and at that time it was a elementary. Not soon after that my junior high school son was attacked by gang members that needed to be initiated into a gang by attacking. Somebody chose my son. I was lucky my son knew how to defend herself and fight back and I was close by because nobody help my son. On top of that I’m my kids parent and I decided that I needed to homeschool my kids for their safety. But the parents of these bad kids never see what their kids do when they’re out of their site. It’s frustrating. But at some point people need to realize the schools are funded to have kids there, but not fund it to keep them safe. When this happened to my sons it was in the mid-2000s. And I was a single mom working trying just to get my kids everything that I could that they need it like safety. And when I went to the teachers, they told me I was overreacting because I’m not teaching them to deal with people. I told him I’m not teaching my kids to deal with future criminals. And I’m lucky I have all three of my sons. They graduated from home school. They were good jobs now and I remind them every day the world is not safe and stay clear of people with bad intentions. But the parents of those kids they chose to hunt somebody down and and caused all this heartache and pain that this is talking about. Their parents should be ashamed of their self.

I'm going to agree with you on this because parents need to know what's going on with their children at all times. I've been through the same thing with my family members . Public schools ain't recommendation for children when they allow bullying and try to cover it up instead of dealing with it. This should of been prevented

The state legislators passed a law that bad kids cannot be expelled or kicked out of the schools they attend. The schools have to keep them at the schools they are troubled at and the school don’t have give notice of a bad child at the school. Blame the state for this law passed! The two bully’s tormented the freshman on multiple occasion prior to the incident. Their viscous attack on him the day he stabbed them was brutal and the teacher physically threw the two boys out of the classroom only for them to return a second time yelling, “I’m going to kill you” as one assaulted him again. That’s when he stabbed one in the hand as he tried to punch the freshman and the other got stabbed in the neck. He was defending himself from two attackers who were threatening his life verbally. The teacher witnessed it all and made a statement to Police. The truth will come out.

Ok have to add context that I heard because of all of these assumptive comments...from local social media(this is just personal account of someone who goes to that school), I heard that the victims were attacked by the perpetrator a few weeks prior to this incident. Also, as said in the video, his tires were slashes and it seemed there was an ongoing bullying problem AGAINST one or more of the older kids, so its not like one side was completely innocent. Also, apparently the freshman class has a large gang influence, so there could be other connections/motives that started these confrontations. Also, in multiple articles and videos, there are reports that the students entered the classroom, attacked the younger student, and then the fight was broken up. After a pause, there was another aggression by one party, and as the student victim was stabbed in the back, it would be hard to argue self defense for the freshman who ended up murdering another child in the end of it. Not saying I know everything, but until we really know the backstory and why there was not more done to prevent escalation and violence between the kids, it is hard to place blame purely on one person. Sad that someone lost their life and that the community will be asking many questions about the response...
A Freshmen bullying a Junior? That's a first, but possible. But no bullies victim would walk into a class that he isn't enrolled in to jump a 15 yo. You do it the old school way, you jump him during break and wait for him in the pathway to his next class. Are children getting dumber every year? This is how we did it in my time in high school. Not be bullies, but to get payback.

I have seen that the kids from the school are saying that the victim was the bully . At the end it’s all sad but kids need to open there eyes and see violence is not ok .
As someone that has a child that gets bullied for the past 2 years. I can tell you that I have emails upon emails of my concerns for the bullying. Nobody does anything and my daughter has anger issues now, I have been taking her to therapy but if this doesn’t stop how the hell am I supposed to help her? I emailed the superintendent of the school district and still people don’t take it seriously. The police have been called and their suggestion was to take her to the crisis center. What really pisses me off is that I have to do all this for my child out of my expense and take time off for it as well. Because the school denies any involvement. So their negligence is at my expense. Please let that sink people because judging parents.

if he got beat up everyday, tortured behind the gym, burned alive for years, it'd be pretty stupid for him not to eventually bring a knife, no? you cannot remove the justification of self-defense unless the instigator of the violence was the one claiming said self-defense.
Yeah no one is addressing this. The boys that got stabbed were the aggressors, but the other bit sounds like he also instigated this by slashing their tires. There's a lot of blame to give, yet only people are making ugly comments about the boys and the families of the boys who were stabbed.

Uh, this report does NOT match other sources which say two juniors entered a classroom and immediately began assaulting a freshman. The freshman pulled out a knife and stabbed both ASSAILANTS. This version sounds like, yes, there is a history of conflict and confrontation between the two juniors and the lone freshman, but that this was a case of self-defense. According to other sources, the freshman did not go looking for a fight, did not attack anyone, but WAS attacked first and defended himself.
Should he have had a knife? No, not according to school policy, but if it was your kid getting assaulted by TWO kids TWO grades older, wouldn't you want your child to be able to defend himself?
It's easy to go with the fast media report of the victim who died, but the original victim of TWO AGAINST ONE was the freshman who defended himself, lethally. Just saying it's not always what it seems.

Advice given to me as a teenager: Issues will continue to escalate until someone is seriously injured, in jail, or dies. It's not worth it.
Uhhh, WHY was the"victim" attacking the student in his classroom? Sometimes one's actions produce unwanted results. Maybe if alleged victim didn't attack the other kid in his classroom this wouldn't have happened.

had he not gone with his buddy to invade another classroom looking for a confrontation, he wouldn't be dead...maybe teach your kids to not bully or use violence as a means of resolving issues! the school isn't responsible for raising your kids

I’m waiting to hear if the kid with the knife has gang connections. It sounds like they separated the kids then the Freshman suddenly produced a knife & went on the offense. The Juniors definitely made an unwise choice as far as how to handle the ongoing confrontations but we need to hear more background on the Freshman in custody. What’s his real story. What’s he really up to 99% of the time.
