I use the LCO method and I have been using water, shea butter, and the sunflower hydration oil mist as my new routine! My low p. Hair gets very hard bcs of the oil solution, i spray with water in every morning and night ( if you have experience it try it)

I've tried alot of your methods and my hair is still not growing and it still coming out in clumps. Is there another way I can get my hair to grow.
Might have to see a doctor if your hair is coming out in clumps. Trichologist I believe is the doctor that works specifically with hair and scalp issues.
How often do you use this routine?
You can do this every day for healthy hair growth.
Do you have a link for that paddle brush? My hair is thick and most brushes barely get the job done😔

I dont understand the point of using hydration products after putting oils and shea butter in the hair. how will it do anything if oil and water doesn't mix?
The hydrating mist is an oil in a mist form. This is my hair oiling routine everything I’ve use in this video is oil. Shea butter turns to oil, my hair growth oil for growth, and I finish with my hydration oil

I used water, leave in conditioner, Shea butter as my cream before adding oil and my hair has never been this greasyyyy and dryyyyyyy. I rather do water, leave in and Shea butter (as both cream and oil)

Hey babe I hope you are doing great. I just want to share with you something from my experience, I beg you to wash your hair separate with your body because of your hair oil and dirt spoils your back skin so you better wash your hair first and dry and then your body, and don’t oil your body you better moisturise it with oil and milk free creams.
