Blind Trucker?
🤣😂🤣
Amber's face ( it's making me giggle )
Look up “seven hunnid” on RUclips, he’s super underrated bro, you won’t regret it 🌿🥶
That was some funny shit…
The look on Amber's face is absolutely priceless!!!
It looks like Amber is in shock..
Agreed! I love Amber but the look on her face so closely mirrors my moms face when my brother and I brought a Judas Priest record home in 1986 that I just died laughing.
I had to watch it twice tbh... lol
I've never seen her eyes so wide open! She usually has her eyes half closed or completely closed, while she's getting into the music. LOL
noise noise noise noise noise
Rob Halford one of the greatest rock vocalist of all time 🤟🤟🤟🔥🔥🔥
THE greatest
He is The Metal God for a reason
DIO 🤘
@@ebazirozturk5319 Great but not up to Rob's Standed sorry
Rob is the best metal voice
My dad told me when PAINKILLER album came up back in 1990 it caught everybody off guard; even Judas Priest fans didn't expect to be hit like this...
With this song and this album, the band took the heavy metal to the category of the fine arts.
Can confirm.
@@danielholzman-tweed7669 Same, I was blown away by it.
i really wish i had a visual record of my own reaction when i heard this song the first time lmao, it was totally crazy, thats all i remember lol.
I believe it stemmed from their trial about the kids that killed themselves & the parents took em to court & lost. I think I remember Halford talking about the release of all that stress was put into that masterpiece of an album.
That album has awesome songs
Ok I actually cannot breathe right now I’m laughing so effin’ hard! Both of your faces are just so funny and I mean NO disrespect whatsoever. Amber, you get the award for being so tolerant of this hard of metal. You guys are PRICELESS!
No soft for Amber. Lol
I agree🤣🤣
That was CLASSIC!
Dat blank stare tho. :)
And he keeps looking in fear over just to see if she is alright. LMAO!!!
Amber’s face is priceless 😂😂
Right you see her hoping its over very quickly. Mama gonna need a Tylenol.
Yep 😂
@@stephenulmer3781
I think the birth is going to be easier to deal with 😍
lol hysterical!!
I cannot get a grip I’m laughing so hard at her kiiillller faces. She is so righteous!
This song is considered by many to be the definition of metal. Also, in recent times the bands current guitar player ruptured his aorta while playing this songs guitar solo...but he still managed to play it perfectly with blood spilling internally! Facts!
what more shocking is that he came extremely close to death. that cause of bleeding is the most deadliest. fortunately for him. he was rush to a nearby hospital in rapid pace. the survivor rate on that condition he was in is extremely low.
What are you talking about here,is it Richie?
BRUTAL
@@InfamousB9 yes ritchie
I thought it was Glenn who ruptured his aorta while playing this?
Hope they have their seat belts clicked, this track is a BEAST
Amber, you need a “safe” word for us to use for a “face melting” song that’s about to drop on you! 🤣🤘😎💕✌️
for real, "#NathanExplosion"- safeword to warn Amber to buckle up!!!
How about NSFA (Not Safe For Amber)? When people suggest heavier songs they should start putting that after the song's name. :D
Oh yeah. This went well over Amber's hardline.
Amber’s face is priceless!!! I love it!!
This is probably one of the hardest songs they have done. Judas Priest was part of the vanguard of heavy metal. When this came out they were competing with the Bay Area Thrash bands like Metallica. This was just their way of showing they can still bring it. This song only shows a small portion of what they can do. Rob Halford is a legendary singer, right up there with Bruce Dickinson.
Hellion/ Electric Eye is a classic
The best part is this is the album opener and once it gets started, they never let up! All Guns Blazing, Hell Patrol, Between the Hammer and the Anvil, Metal Meltdown, Night Crawler...the definition of an all killer, no filler album!
@@mikethemotormouth openner almbum?
No, ALBUM OPENER as in Track 1 of 10
Nah dude, Bruce Dickinson is up there with Rob Halford lol
The entire Painkiller album is amazing.
Living after midnight, You got another thing coming, Heading to the highway, might be songs from them that Amber would enjoy more, but still rock pretty hard.
Don’t forget Electric Eye
Agreed, Painkiller is one of their most fast paced and harder song, just in your face. They have much more subtle stuff that Amber would find more palatable like Living After Midnight, You've got another Thing Coming and Heading Out to the Highway. Much more popular with the general public and are still on classic rock stations to this day. Enjoy. 🎵
Breaking the Law
Living after midnight is one of my least fave Priest songs...I actually hate it...I'd recommend Beyond the Realms of Death...totally different from Painkiller...Jordan and Amber, trust me...you'll be surprised and impressed...its from earlier 1970s
@@ToastyBunsMcGee Agreed, but should be The Hellion/Electric eye! They really go together.
I swear they did this song to show all the newbie speed metal bands how it should really done.
"You've Got Another Thing Coming", "Breaking The Law", and "Living After Midnight" show the range Judas Priest can deliver.
Also, they have some damn good power ballads. "Fever" "Out in the Cold" "Diamonds and Rust" and so many other ones.
@@kentr1435 Prisoner of Your Eyes is another good power ballad.
These are much better suggestions for an introduction to Judas Priest. ❤
Please ignore all these suggestions and go for Beyond the Realms of Death, Dissident Aggressor, Metal Meltdown, United, Before the Dawn,Run of the Mill
All great songs, and I would add “Saints From Hell” and “Beyond the Realms of Death”, both from the Stained Class CD(my favorite Priest title).
I saw Priest 11 times . My husband saw them 13 times. At his funeral and my daughter's wedding we played Painkiller. Lead singer , Rob Halford. Lead Guitarist was Glenn Tipton. He now has Parkinsons , but the best guitar player I have ever seen or heard. Love my Priest!
Daaang. What a lovely family you got ma'am. Kudos to a life well-lived 😊
This album is the definition of Heavy Metal.
Jordan: "I hope you're ready..."
Song begins....
Also Jordan: 😲
You guys are too effin adorable!
I looked his previous reaction was to victim of changes, so he didn't know what he was getting into either
Her shooting you sideways looks while listening to this was absolutely priceless
I just saw Judas Priest perform this song live 3 days ago. It was even more amazing, considering the singer is 70 and still crushed it.
Painkiller is such an awesome song ! Judas Priest is one of the greatest bands of all time!!!
"I need to hear more, Judas Priest! That was Amazing!"
The look of terror on Amber's face had me clutching my side I was laughing so hard. I think we have found are 'Hardline' for Amber.
Imagine if she had watched the video.
@@lewisner 🤣😂🤣 That certainly would've been a sight
@@lewisner She may very well have had a seizure.
She looks like she was sitting there thinking "TOXIC MASCULINITY!!! TOXIC MASCULINITY!!!" the whole time it was playing. Gotta confess, I laughed my butt off at this.
I love how even though it's obviously not Amber's thing, she still had some positive things to say! 😀
This is the heaviest thing the band ever did...and it's amazing. Check out some of their more melodic tunes; You've Got Another Thing Coming, Spectre, Turbo Lover, The Sentinel, Touch of Evil or the epic Victim of Changes.
Eh. Look up Judad Priest Cathedral Spires.
Judas**
Touch of Evil, Definitely one of my favorites
"All Guns Blazing" from the Painkiller album. It'll light your hair on fire.
Victim is the shit
I'm at the 6 minute mark and I'm thinking that this has to be by far the toughest song I've seen ya'll do. Amber, trooper!!!! First pause was totally hilarious!!!!
Victim of Changes . Is probably the speed you can really appreciate the talent of Judus Priest and especially the lead singer
Yes gord!!! They have to hear that one!!
Yes, But Unleashed in the East version to be appreciated. I've seen them live in 82, 84, 87.. Excellent live!! Rob Halford has one of Rocks Best Voices, Scorpions & Iron Maiden vocals were top 3 in Rock!! Insane and better Live, Seen All 3 Many times! Should've been a few easier songs to get them into them, Painkiller is Way too much for a 1st time listen 🎶 just saying.
Victim of Change, Diamonds and Rust, Exciter, The Ripper, Green Manilishi, living after midnight, Electric Eye, but Definitely LIVE Unleashed in the East, Best Album Ever by JP, been a fan since 79' Ps. Glen Tipton on lead Guitar 🎸pure Fire 🔥
@@terryb5803 He already did that song
ruclips.net/video/n_nJ_QDy8gM/видео.html
I never knew he reacted to that song already.
The look on Amber's face is priceless 🤣
This is the ultimate Metal Song of all time. The guitar solos were amazing on this whole album especially from Glen Tipton. The drummer Scott Travis is amazing too.
Amber you're a TROOPER !!!!!!! LOVE that you stay open minded !!!!!!
Please listen to "You've got another thing Coming". My favorite!! It's not quite that heavy. Great beat.
ABSOLUTELY!! That is arguably their signature song. Also awesome are "Breaking the Law" and "Turbo Lover".
Great selection.
Ooh yes. Breaking The Law was another I played over and over.
Give Judas Priest another chance. “You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’,” is more mainstream…you’ll love it!!!
Agreed, their earlier material isnt quite so seizure-inducing. Good suggestion, also "Hellbent For Leather "
That's probably their worst song, in my opinion. Many of their radio hits, oddly are the ones l don't care for. It's their deeper material that is amazing. Whoever at the label chose their airplay tunes was off their meds.
@@kevinkesterson1806 thing is the early hits are what you want to listen to to get a good idea of Robs vocal talent. This later shrieking phase isnt really a good example of that, it's just impressive he can do that at that age.(!)
No. If people don't truly get 'painkiller,' they don't get Priest.
Judas Priest!!. Without a Doubt 1 of the Best Metal Bands on the PLANET & this tune "Defines" what True Metal is ALLL ABOUT!!! \m/! ********
I so appreciate your HONEST reaction! You guys are so positive and up and usual find good things to say. I love that! But it was refreshing to see you, Amber, with that look of OMGosh WHAT??😱😂🤣😂
Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing (the two guitarists on "Painkiller") were (and are) amazing guitarists. They can SHRED!
Amber might appreciate their cover of a Joan Baez song, "Diamonds and Rust". Much softer than this, and Rob Halford really shows off his vocal versatility.
Or Dreamer Deceiver
Halfors is a metal genious
Or "Angel"
One of my favorites from Judas Priest and one of the very few times they went soft
Blood red Skies.
They threw everything into that song, amazing.
The other KILLER track off of this record was Nightcrawler. One other thing to take note of, this was the first Priest album with Scott Travis on drums. The dude is a Beast.
Judas Priest. You got another thing coming. 🔥🔥
Rob Halford is one of the most powerful voices in Metal. This was in response to getting called "soft". For something on the total opposite spectrum, listen to Diamonds and Rust, I bet Amber likes that one
Jay loves it while Amber could define the word " patience ".
You can be any race . This music hits you . Music is universal. Rock forever . Drums ,guitars ,and voice .
BREAKING THE LAW, SOME HEAD ARE GONNA ROLL, ELECTRIC EYES, and LIVING AFTER MIDNIGHT might have been a better introductions for Amber. PAINKILLER is not for the faint of heart, but glad to see she still was able to appreciate the musicianship.
I think Amber would prefer RAPPID FIRE from British Steel album lol
Y'all are so funny!!!! Amber, you were more like...... When is this noise gonna be OVER!! 🤷😱😂😂
This has to be my favorite video by you two! You definitely get a star for bravery on this one. I love that you both are open-minded, and even if it’s not really your thing, you still appreciate what Priest did on this song. I remember hearing it for the first time in the early 90’s. I had never heard machine-gun double-bass like that before. A big departure from the keyboard groove of Turbo and Ram It Down. Quite the splashy entrance for Mr. Travis!!
Judas Priest are among the metal pioneers. They were the first band to wear all the leather gear (largely because of singer Rob Halford's 'alternative' lifestyle at the time) and, probably, the first band to fully embrace the 'metal' label. This is one of the heaviest tracks of all time, imo.
That’s the heavy stuff. They’re older stuff is a bit more melodic. They hit a huge stride after screaming for vengeance. Take a listen to their live album unleashed in the East. Amazing. The vocalist Rob Halford is called the metal God for a reason
Unleashed is their best, I love "Sinner".
Album Painkiller also has some ''melodic'' songs like Living Bad Dreams, Night Crawler & One Shot At Glory
@@edferd100 I turned on to Unleashed when I was 13, right after Screaming for Vengeance. you know, when you're a kid and you find a new band, you start going through the back catalog. Unleashed really shows how good the early stuff is. A lot of their best material is actually from those early records. it was ground breaking metal back then. Unleashed might be their best, even considering all their great material. Check out the videos from the Epitaph tour. They've "modernized" lot of that older stuff and it's heavy AF
@@mikecook317 Thanks man, the Sad Wings album is great, I haven't heard it before.
I love Amber's look. That's how I feel when I'm listening to this lol
I swear, I have not smiled so hard and long for a long time. One word to describe your reactions... Priceless.
Jay was all over the place like someone with ants in their pants, and Amber looked like she had been slapped in the face with a dead fish.
Great reaction guys.
This is what in the metal community is called 'a facemelter'. Your faces are both melted. Congratulations.
Amber's not digging this. LOL
Try Breaking the Law , hard but not as hard.
Rob Halford is the lead singer.
🤣😂🤣 Brilliant musicians, but not a song I would've recommended to introduce someone to them. The reaction was fun to watch though.
Goofy for not suggesting metal, it's the only genre that's entertaining to watch reaction videos for
This is pure heavy metal in its purity!!!
Actually saw them in live in 1979. Rob came out onstage riding a Harley. My ears are still ringing all these years later. Love them or hate them, there's no denying the talent.
Amber might prefer their "sing along metal" songs like Breaking The Law and Living After Midnight. Rob Halford, the lead singer, has a 4 octave range.
Hell yeah! 🤘 painkiller! Just bought this bad boy on vinyl. The whole album ripps through your speakers like it's no business 🤘
LMAO at Ambers reaction!!😂But seriously the drums and guitar on this song!!!
YOU GO AMBER ...YOU POWERED THROUGH IT LIKE A BOSS ..
Loved the look on ambers face👍 You’ve got another thing coming is one of their best songs more mellow
Funny how Amber just sat there and stared, my wife of 26 years still does that when I play all my metal music.
This is my favorite band, my husband loved this song. And when he passed away we played this song at his memorial. Then again at my daughter's wedding four months later.
Great reaction! I love that song. Every time I hear it, I need to take a nap afterwards. 🙂
I love the Priest. Every album sounds different ("Painkiller" might be their hardest), and Halford can do anything with his voice.
Amber, I so feel you!! This was never my style or taste no matter how amazing the guitar is!!
This is the best reaction I've ever seen ! You're amazing ! And thank you ! Oh my God thank you so much for not pausing during the solo !
Probably the best freaking reaction video out there guys. Love your faces on the solos, freaking hilarious!! Honestly Honest, we enjoy your work...keep it up.
This was a rough intro to JP. Most of their popular songs are more fun, even though they tried to cultivate a bad boy image. Electric Eye, Living After Midnight, You've Got Another Thing Coming, Parental Guidance are safe for Amber 😁
and The Green Manalishi (Live Aid performance is my favorite) I know it's a cover, but still good.
Electric eye is the shit!!! My fav.
The sentinel should be mentioned as well :D
You've got another Thing Coming is really good
And Breaking the Law is great too
Ears hurt?? Imagine seeing them do this live. Perfectly too!!!
I have. Guitars weren’t too loud for me, but when Halford hit his high notes I knew my ears would ring for days!
Your face was melting Rob!
Hahaha, this must be the greatest reaction on Painkiller ever. But also the most honest.
You're doing a great job with your reaction-videos, I really like them. So keep them coming!
Love when a reactor shows truth and can say not my cup of tea. Love being real
Lead singer is Rob Halford, he is still rocking today, in his 60’s. They have toured all over and were one of the first metal bands along with Black Sabbath. From Birmingham England, home of Heavy Metal. Andy UK
He'll be 70 in 8 days on Aug 25
The lovely lady got her face melted that was funny :)
There are no guitars left after a song like this. There completely shredded.
The riff is amazing!
That drum solo with the double bass pedal goin is insane at the beginning
Love Rob’s Voice …. Seen priest many many times He Rolled up On Stage like a God
On his Harley😈👍
Not Jays Voice lol Robs lol
@@victorcoburn2791 oh God Yea I owned my first Harley when I was 15 . I now own Two yes I still ride Bitch . This Bitch tho payed every dime for them . That’s why one is named Daisy my husband will tell folks she pays the bills I just drive Ms Daisy lol
That song punches you right in the face and doesn't let up.
LOL, that look you two shared at the beginning was priceless! :)
You should do their "You Got Another Thing Coming" and "Turbo Lover" They are a couple of their more straight R&R radio friendly songs.
LOL Ya'lls reaction is PRICELESS!! Going from Hall and Oats to Judas Priest is two ends of the spectrum! lol ROCK ON!! Jeff
Their guitar players names are Glen Tipton (he's who played the guitar solo on this song) amd KK Downing
I just started watching you 2 about a week ago and have just been addicted. Ambers face throughout this song and without a word was a reaction all by itself without saying a word
Lol Ambers face. I feel ya 😂 Looks like two of the uploads today were misses. Hopefully the 3rd one will be good ☺
Actually prefer JP earlier sound.. Sad Wings and Sin after Sin.. This is closer to thrash.. But still extraordinary 😂
My 2 favorite albums as well as the live Hell Bent for Leather album
This exact song got me soooo jacked for a triathlon it was nuts. Had to wait on the beach with this in my head then.....GO!
You have to watch the video of them playing to truly appreciate the talent and don't forget the drummer! 😎Stay safe.
Just seen Priest for the umpteenth time headlining at this years Bloodstock fest,52 years and sounding as great as ever, icing on the cake seeing Glenn Tipton coming out onstage for the final 3 songs though Parkinson’s has left him looking frail and if any newbie asked me about how does he get heavy metal then this would be the song I would tell him to play 🤘🏻
Glenn was awesome!
Kinda brought a tear to my eye seeing Glenn.
Priest is amazing. You should check out some of their older stuff like "Beyond the Realms of Death" and "Desert Plains" these songs are less heavy ( for Amber) but still some of the best from them.
Ambers face - PRICELESS!
my god the amount of energy metal drummers have to bring is absolutely insane. i can totally appreciate that 👍👍
Rob Halford’s range is amazing. I think Amber would like “Touch of Evil” from the same album it’s more of a rock ballad. “Turbo lover” and “You’ve got another thing coming” are more popular. I’m a huge KISS fan and hoping to see your reactions to them one day. In 2015 Kiss became America’s #1 Gold Record award winning group of all time. They have been playing since 1973 and there is a lot of history and a wide range of music. I would suggest “I was made for loving you” video in their full old school make up. “I still love you” from their MTV unplugged acoustic performance that really shows Paul Stanley’s vocal range. Detroit Rock City was written about a fan who loses his life on the way to a concert. Love Gun, Shock Me, Forever, Reason to Live. So many years of rock and roll so many song choices. I really enjoy watching the two of you analyze these songs. My best to you and your family. Side note, Jordan would LOVE the KISS Funko Pops!
I'm a huge Judas Priest fan but Painkiller is even too much for me. Touch of Evil is my absolute favorite Priest song--good call on that suggestion. And, like you, I'm a big Kiss fan as well. And Detroit Rock City and Forever would be good reactions. I think they'd like I Was Made for Loving You as well.
If you want something close to a ballad with judas i would go with the song angel.
Rob and 80s tate
IMHO “I was made for loving you” was DISCO and when that came out I returned that record and stopped buying Kiss albums. I Highly recommend older material like LOVE GUN, DETROIT ROCK CITY, BLACK DIAMOND. Cheers
Subscribed after this. Brilliant reaction
Thanks for the awesome reaction. Got tickets to take my son and his fiancé to go see Judas Priest in concert in 6 weeks. And of course the highlight will be when they perform our favorite JP song “Painkiller” live!
This song is an all out assault on your ears. And I love every minute of it!
Yes. Poor Amber doesn't know what to do.
You've Got Another Thing Coming is probably their true signature song, another great by them is Living After Midnight, also the lead singer Rob Halford did a collaboration with Maria Brink/In This Moment titled Black Wedding that would be a good choice for Female Friday
DEFINITELY seconding In This Moment for Female Friday, especially Black Wedding
@@LadyGreensleeves33 right? Maria Brink is one of the most multi-talented female artists out there, she sings, writes, composes, plus directs and produces a number of their videos, and has an amazing band to back her 😎
Phenomenal reaction you guys! Watching you get through the guitar solo I could practically see your brains melting! Simply awesome. Thank you for your honesty. Now for the flip side of JudaS Priest, maybe you should react to ‘Angel’ or ‘The Last Rose of Summer’ you literally will not believe it’s the same band….
For Amber that was a mind melting solo
Thank you both for BEING YOURSELVES! I respect honest reactors even if they don't particularly care for the song they're reacting to. Respect for trying Amber ✊🏼
Victim of changes is my favorite Priest song. You both will like that one. Promise. Its not crazy frenetic like this one. It has a bluesy riff and great vocals.
That was the song he reacted to by himself.

It's my favorite Priest song too.
The BEST reaction video yet!!
They were speechless. Funny thing is, Amber would likely love this now.
Holy cow I've never heard this Judas Priest song, and it's about as metal as you can get. I don't ever want to hear it again to be honest hahaha. Amber, Living after Midnight is a song of theirs with an actual melody and stuff that's nice to listen to.
Totally agree, like a lot of priest, but this song just did absolutely nothing for me
I totally agree too, I'm not a huge fan of theirs, and I have never heard this song and I didn't like it at all. They did a cover of "Diamonds and Rust, " a song written and sung by Joan Baez, that a lot of people like, it's a much slower song than this one was. I suggested they listen to Diamonds and Rust by Joan Baez for female Friday,
JP's version is much better honestly.
@@bryanevans5398 This song is brilliant. Its considered their best song and album by many metalheads.
How can you never have heard this? it came out in 1990. Its considered by many to be there best album and best song.... but can understand how somebody wouldnt like it.
