      @@batelskitchen Way more healthy than 90% of stuff out there. That's why I bought it. I dress my Couscous the same way you do the Quinoa, Olive Oil and a bit of salt. Amazing! Thanks again. 🙂

    is that 1 cup water to 1 cup dry weight quinoa or 1 cup water to 1 cup soaked quinoa, please?

      I have never tried. But I don't see a reason why not to.
