    I LOVE THE FACT THAT THIS MAN SAVES THE THEATRICS AND CHATTER AND GETS DOWN TO BUSINESS. HOWEVER HE DOES SAY SOME WITTY THINGS! LOVE HIS RECIPES.

    Manny! Thank you so much for your tutorial on making quinoa. I made it and substituted the water for low sodium chicken broth and it came out delish! I stir fried some cabbage carrots red bell pepper and add shrimp scallions some red pepper chili flakes fresh garlic and put it over the quino. It was sooo good. I love making dinners like this. Thank you for being an inspiration. Looking forward to more of your tutorials. 😊

    Hi Manny! Giving you thanks, followed your steps and the Quinoa came out perfect with no clumps. Used coconut milk instead of water. It was wonderful with Coconut Curry Jackfruit and Chick Peas. Blessings.

    I am new to alkaline eating. The hardest part is feeding my little ones but I'll keep trying. I am happy I subscribed to your channel. Last time I made quiona just didn't turn out well and it's crazy I tried to follow at least 2 other videos on ig still didn't get it. I will try yours !
