Wow they cook it really different than how we cook it in North Africa (Algeria , Morocco,Tunisia) ...looks delicious as all your recipes 👌🏻 definitely i'm gonna try your recipe 🌷 Greeting from New York 🇺🇸🙋🏻♀️
I have everything to make this for dinner! I love that a lot of your recipes are simple enough to not require a special trip to the store, or a specialty shop. Thanks!
I love that your channel has so many veggie recipes to choose from. I made your kidney bean stew with the homemade veggie broth. It was so flavorful that my family all wanted to add it to our rotation of dishes. This couscous dish is next up to try. Thanks!
It's soooo good !!! I had a pack of couscous on my shelf for a year, and I didn't know how to cook it. Gracias :) I cooked it for a second time in 1 week today, simply delicious!
Made this dish today and it is wonderful. I thought it might be too spicy but it tastes great. Used my favorite brand of sauce from Spain, Mata Tomate Frito, instead of the grated tomato. Best wishes.
Love this. Been looking for a couscous dish with taste for as long time. This hits the spot. The aromatic vegetables can be served with anything else as well. So healthy. Made this last night, added some chopped mint to the parsley and crumbled goat cheese. Served with homemade Moroccan meatballs 👌🏻
Just tried it out on Monday and I must say I was pleasantly suprised by the flavors! It became one of my favorite dishes, had to make it second day too :D thank you so much! :)
I just made this and wow! It's amazing even with the little ingredients I used it was such a lovely dish. I had a small budget and today I cooked it with boxed garlic couscous, tomato sauce, cumin, onion, and squash. Even with these simple ingredients the taste was amazing ! Also this is my first time trying couscous 🙂
Looks delicious! Going to make this today. Cooked 'poor man's potatoes ' yesterday. Not only delicious, but nutritious and cheap. You are my go to chef now👍😊
The aromatics are really well combined, I preferred to use pine nuts and our meal was topped with pan fried skin on salmon fillet. Love the job you’re doing on your posts and website 👏
I had no zucchini so made this with carrots and spuds instead. OMG. Absolutely delicious! Thanks once again for another very successful and satisfying meal. I was never a big fan of couscous but I am now!
I don’t have saffron, so I cook without it I double your dried ingredients (I have fresh ginger&fresh cilantros) and stirfry couscous in it delious!!!!!
Mmnnnn que rico😋 te ha salido ...me encanta el cuscús salado , dulce o de todas las maneras es muy sano😃👍♥️...y nutritivo con tantas especias 👌...saludos
Perfect recipe for me trying to cook it for first time, but the north africans don't cook it like this though. The tips of couscous not getting stuck to one another is to fry the couscous for a while before putting it into the broth. Thanks a ton for the recipe 😊
A Excellent Cooking Video.. Highly Recommended.. Thank You Very Much For Sharing.. I Didn't Know They Ate Couscous In Spain. I Can't Wait To Try It. I Hope You Will Some Day Write A Cook Book. I Live In Canada And Would Be The 1st To buy Your Cook Book.. What Do You Think Of The Cookware Fissler?

Albert this looks so good! I love couscous especially with lamb. Do you have a lamb recipe that will go with this? If you do I'd love to make that too❤
I think hold all the cinnamon and ginger add fresh cilantro at the end and replace the dried cilantro with oregano and add some cumin seed rather than powder in the couscous but that’s just me. Feeling a bit Indian with that spice profile
I love when video titles *look* like clickbait, but are actually very honest 😋 Crazy delicious!

Yes, eggplant is a great sub for the zucchini here :) much love
I want to know how to get rid of spice from roasted vegetables. By mistake I added extra spice.
I will cook this tonight for dinner. let si.
