Link: if i had a nickle for everytime I woke up naked and was told to save the world by the ghost of a dead king, I'd have two nickles, which isn't alot but it's wierd that it happened twice
When Ganondorf first mentioned Rauru at the beginning of the game, I was really excited. I thought the Sage of Light Rauru, from Ocarina of Time would return. I was sorely disappointed. I was hoping a game crossover would occur. Hope that Nintendo eventually does
@@Hugz4All16it won’t happen. BOTW was a reboot of the continuity but for some reason Nintendo won’t outright admit it. In an official book of that game they strongly hinted that the previous entries in the franchise were “legends” of stuff that happened in this kingdom but aren’t 100% accurate which would explain the contradicting timelines and how some games seem to tell the same story. TOTK reinforced this by having a lot of things be very similar to past games like the kingdom being founded by people from the sky(Skyward sword), a Sage of light named Rauru and the Gerudo king named Ganondorf who wants to do a coup d’etat(Ocarina of time), Ganondorf turning into a malevolent entity who is pretty much the reason for the existence of evil in the world(Skyward sword), the imprisoning war(Link to the past), and heavy time elements(SS and OOT)
For some reason, I keep imagining this scene and others in the context of Rauru being the protagonist of a previous game making his grand return. The scene just feels like it fits that scenario. It would've been cool if Rauru and Sonia's roles were instead given to Skyward Sword's Link and Zelda, but there are numerous reasons why that wouldn't work.
Rauru, Sidon, Teba, Robbie, why do I always go for the married ones? Update: don't forget about Kass. I just stand next to him while he plays his accordion. Really nice
Sidon didn’t make me question my sexuality. Rauru, however…
Get a job
It was King Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule for me.
@@Name-lj9ku I’m not fucking old enough you amoeba.
Typical Discord groomling
@@SonofTiamat I’m not sure how to respond to this.

Love the doofenshmirtz reference
Truly, a man of culture!
Dude, this piano... our first king.
At first I thought hes just some random npc , later I knew this scene was 10,000 years awaited and most precious moments of the game
From King of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus to First King of Hyrule (and Link's "right-hand man")
Quite literally Link's "right-hand man"
IM SORRY SIDON YOU NEED TO MOVE TF OVER IM ALL ABOUT GOAT DADDY NOW 😫
And I thought the ultimate battle would be between a Fin Folk and a male Selkie
OMGGG HAHAHAHA
I love his voice
Chris Hackney! (a.k.a. Crown-Prince Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd from Fire Emblem: Three Houses)
@@whiteraven1992 king then, king now
@@whiteraven1992 And also for a you Genshin fans he voices Kamisato as well!!
my favorite line of Rauru is when he says: KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!!
@@alfredozavala7441 Lol Rauru be like "Ganondorf!! I'll take that head from your shoulders and hang it from the gates of Hyrule!"
Wow Link is in a very good physical shape!
"it was i that spoke to you earlier. that arm originally belonged to me. i am Rauru"
Rauru? i think i've heard that name before
The name belonged to one of the seven sages from The Ocarina of Time.
