First thing I did after leaving the Great Sky Island was focus on getting the Master Sword as soon as possible, just so i had a weapon to help alleviate the weapon durability issue. I was already focusing Stamina just to make travel easier and i found out that all you need for the Master Sword is two wheels of Stamina along with the Light Dragon being the actual location of the Master Sword rather than that forest. So i waited on the Great Sky Island for it to show up, considering high it flies, it was the only location i had access to at the time that was high enough and waited for a while. I only knew about this after getting the special memory. Thank goodness for that because it made the scene all that much special. I never even knew about the light dragon.
I'm curious to know as well because I haven't beaten the game, but I heard from my friend who spoiled the reveal (light dragon, not the origin), you get materials from it. That seems to be a gameplay mechanic thing, so I assume she's probably normal lore wise. I could be wrong.
Did I ruin the experience for myself by getting the master sword early and not getting the tears first?? What happens now? Should I watch all the tears memories ?
You did NOT ruin it, don't worry. If you don't already know what happens, treat the game like a mystery book that starts off with "you're probably wondering how I got here" and spends the rest of the book telling you just that. It reframes the story for sure (and definitely wasn't the intended way), but I didn't find that my experience was ruined by it. Actually very happy I got the sword early, because playing the game the way you and I have is a special kind of experience in its own right.

4:13 That's definitely the triforce symbol on her left hand. It has to be.
Should I wait to tey to pull the master sword after unlocking the dragon’s tears? I'm in no hurry
Better yet, get the Champion armor tunic, and Link's hair tied down while you're at it. You got to look complete doing it.
Someone NEEDS to add the frame from 5:04 onto wallpaper engine
Edit: Make sure its animated as well lmao
I got the sword after seeing only 4 memories, and through this comment section i realized that this moment is superrrrrr relevant to the memories so now i gotta watch all of them
I only knew about this after getting the special memory. Thank goodness for that because it made the scene all that much special. I never even knew about the light dragon.
Is it me... or does the tune sound like the post cutscene ending credits of Twilight Princess?
You never made a video on the Lightning Temple. Is there a reason? Just wondering
Ok now imagine link diving off the dragon to Devils Never Cry.
The only thing that would’ve made this scene better were if the sword’s scarring was more apparent in the gameplay after you’ve drawn it
I wore the skyward sword armor and played the song of the hero from SS just as I started to pull the master sword, coolest thing I've ever done
anyone got a link to the theme that plays when Zelda is talking about the sword?
Best sword pull in the series. How you find it. Where you find it. All the sacrifices made to repair and get it back to you. It's so heavy!
I still have hope for this not being Zelda’s fate because after you do this the find princess zelda quest still isn’t complete
I'm curious to know as well because I haven't beaten the game, but I heard from my friend who spoiled the reveal (light dragon, not the origin), you get materials from it. That seems to be a gameplay mechanic thing, so I assume she's probably normal lore wise. I could be wrong.
Every time I pull the sword and then land on the platform after the cutscene, I get a hard crash. Playing on Ryujinx. Can't find a solution.
The music was phenomenal
Waiting for the master sword theme to be released on yt
Did I ruin the experience for myself by getting the master sword early and not getting the tears first??
What happens now? Should I watch all the tears memories ?
You did NOT ruin it, don't worry. If you don't already know what happens, treat the game like a mystery book that starts off with "you're probably wondering how I got here" and spends the rest of the book telling you just that. It reframes the story for sure (and definitely wasn't the intended way), but I didn't find that my experience was ruined by it. Actually very happy I got the sword early, because playing the game the way you and I have is a special kind of experience in its own right.
@@lexyinspace you’re right, Ive now collected all the dragon tears, and completed all 4 regional phenomena . And I’m super excited for this ending now knowing what I know.
I just did it last night omg
I’m still really sad they didn’t do the design of the logo’s master sword makes me sad, seeing a zonai master sword would have been sick as hell
