Diesel pump sprocket was not timed correctly, the mark on the block and the line on the sprocket need to line up with that locking tool is locked at 15degrees past TDC.

Oil pan has torque pattern too, head bolts are torque , angle angle . But not bad

The desiel pump? Surely it doesn't hatter if that's in time as long as the cams and crank are right?
