Thanks. Very interesting. I did a 5-day-fast (6-10 Jan), and this shows me that I don't need to shy back from weight lifting during my next fast. It was helpful to hear about the bowel movements because I had to run a lot on day 3, and it was my first ever fast going beyong 2 days.

Remember, you won't have the strength and longevity as you would with food in the system but you still get an amazing workout and stimulate growth better once your refeed. Yes diarrhea in a fast is a form of detoxing!!
