2nd time haven beef tartare, 1st time was with a ribeye and 2nd time is a new York. By far I think it was more superior with thr new York least raw! Cooked I'd say ribeye!

    Checking in from the east coast ! Struck with insomnia. I’m thankful I’m still here, fighting the good fight. You guys ever check out the work of Jack Kruse? Well worth a deep dive. Listening and enjoying a bit of hunger fuel. Good luck to all. I have an “occult “ cancer , already been beating death sentence for couple years now. Just departed from “the system” , after growing cancer in new spots WHILE on port delivered chemo! … and going full metabolic treatment , with fenben, ivermectin , turmeric, berberine, some other things. Also tried “Lynparza “ (another poison , but oral format) , did not work at all, and I felt like crap. It’s amazing how little the “doctors “ know about nutrition / basics … actually disgusting, sitting in chemo ward, watching them distribute ice cream and cake to cancer patients!! Anthony , this is motivating me to get into a gym again. Been a loooong time out. Seems like a medical grade move I should make. Good luck to all !

    Keep up your efforts, Anthony. You've got this. Fasting is so much easier if you are carnivore first. I can't imagine how difficult it would be on your system if you were dealing with carb withdrawal. I want to get a Keto-Mojo, looks simple to use. How often do you test and also do you modify your time in the gym when you are doing such a long fast? Thanks.

    • @AnthonysMakenCancerMyBitch
      @AnthonysMakenCancerMyBitch Месяц назад

      @BeckyBabcock-u5v thank you 1st of all for your continued support :) I definitely agree that fasting is by far easier being fat adapted (carnivore based)!! It wouldn't be fun being carb based! The keto mojo is super user friendly! When I 1st got it I spent quite some time usen it daily to learn what works for me and what doesn't work for me (far as food and numbers go) so now I have a decent idea of what I'll be in (gki daily) I usually just use the keto mojo when I do longer fasting! It saves $$ from buying those test strips. Yes during a fasted state my gym time gets cutt in half (about an hr) (usually I'm at gym for 2 hrs) the volume of exercises gets dropped alot and I really concentrate on the muscle contractions and stretches over any type of "weight" or "volume" of sets.

    Hey man I don’t know how to send you a private message so I’ll just write this whole thing: it’s worth a read for anyone dealing with cancer. Longest post for me ever. I’m in the same boat so to speak Stage 4, terminal diag, “occult “ cancer , meaning they were never able to discern the primary cellular origin of the cancer. I got the BRCA1 mutation, but it’s not breast cancer, been welding everything under the sun in mechanical industrial existence breathing nickels spitting quarters welding a LOT of stainless in the course of shipbuilding and refitting,but it was not from huffing the trichlorohexanes. Stopped going to the gym / regular exercise around early thirty’s , then proceeded to degrade and get soft , (this was the big mistake people !) focused on work , eating and drinking whatever like Jabba the Hutt morphed into a fatter industrial biker of sorts, but always huge and powerful around 6’0” ,289-330 at the largest. Loved it. Huge beards a plenty. THEN Got a four -6 month “death sentence “ prognosis in June 2023 (that’s right fuck em I’m still here ) Had a softball sized “toomah “ almost the center left pressing on my heart and left lung, that collapsed my left Lung, and another one on the further distal to the left , size of a MLB baseball, and a glowing “fireflies in a field look”, speckles of cancer all around my omentum (flesh coat hangers that suspend and organize your organs basically). Of course I did the tough guy thing and googled it, roughed it out , thought I had everything wrong except cancer , so I took Waaaaaaaaay too long to get my ass to an actual doctor, had been living on an island off the coast of RI where the doctors are essentially veterinarians, and their guess was “I’m overweight “ LOL yeah been that way forever but now I can’t breath or move. In my first paracentesis, they drained 7.5 fucking liters of cancer juice from my thoracic cavity ! Felt great. @50 lbs off the top. Due to the occult naure of the cancer - even after ten biopsies , could not determine what it is , decided to treat as colorectal cancer , so, Anyhizzle, did seven months of soul crushing diesel strong chemo, folfox5, shrunk the shit out of everything , of course I did my own RSO , THC , CBD , some Fenbendazole, but essentially was dumbstruck by the situation and was so happy to NOT be dying quickly , that I didn’t put my best foot forward nutritionally (still partied and drank and ate Almost whatever - more unhealthy behavior - stupet I know) … down to about 230 at this point, cancer growing back , they put me on Lynparza, which does not work and is horrible for the stomach , dropped more weight , cancer kept growing. I had been doing seyfreid style keto with test strips and everything , but could not stick with it on Lynparza, dropped down to around 200 pretty quickly .- after 4 months - cancer was growing voraciously and getting way bigger, and that bring us roughly to six weeks ago, where I started folfiri (sp?) , a different chemo. BUT NOW I HAVE MY OWN PROTOCOLS AS WELL side notes In the middle , they tried to do radiation on my spine , bc of anomaly in a scan , 2 docs said “it’s not supposed to be there, it’s obviously cancer” but no way to biopsy bc it was all the spinal bones , BUT I knew I had a fierce harley crash ages ago and could not walk for couple months , and the pain was all the same area. So I got other opinions - and they’re specialists said it was the normal appearance of the edge of the healing of bones (I crashed a lot of shit in 46 years if doing my own stunts )… so I didn’t get the radiation. It made me question the answers even more. Back to the plot : Anyhow now I am feeling fucking great and it’s not from chemo. At the outset of this round of chemo, they made me sign a bunch of paperwork that essentially said this chemo is not even attempting to save or extend my life just to make me feel better lol. Cause we all know chemo makes you feel better. Here’s what I’m into and it’s got me feeling better than ever even on chemo Ivermectin stacked on top of chemo !! Work up to 1 mg/ kg body weight. Look into everybody !! Research turbo cancers , linked to the C-jab!! People around the world testing / using it with ivermectin and having good results ! I merged this with Joe Tippons protocol , Fenbendazole and supporting supplements … I was on seyfried style keto again , now I’m down to 180 ish, but just changed that to all veggie - focus on high PH, because from now (Oct 29, 2024) until my next CAT scan, Nov 11, I’m also adding maple syrup / baking soda ph boosting treatment (check that out too - Vernon johnson) … Anyhow everyone should check out in general : JACK KRUSE on Rubin and danny jones podcast. EVERYONE !!!! Thomas Seyfreid Joe Tippons Vernon Johnson “Unraveling …. “ by Mark Sloan!!! THERE IS HOPE STEER YOUR SHIP! Checkout “right to try” act Anyhow, now I’m in the process of selling off all my equipment and keeping my big ass sailboat and going fucking sailing around the Caribbean after I walk away from chemo in December with good results so if you wanna go sailing in the Caribbean hit me up, I got a 57 foot steel boat and it’s gonna be fucking bad ass You don’t have to have cancer to go, but you do have to buy drinks.:)
