Internatinal Hall of Fame Ceremony for Maj. Gen. Elisabeth Michelsen

Norwegian Maj. Gen. Elizabeth Michelsen, the Commander of the Norwegian Home Guard became the 81st member of the Army War College international fellow’s hall of fame on Oct. 10, 2023. The ceremony was held in the newly opened Root Hall Bliss Auditorium.
