You did not let him continue with the 3rd one. You obviously are talking about wealthy people , and this attorney can make money. You did not mention the retirement visa that only requires an income of 1000 dollars. this is bullshit . you keep talking about people with lots of money.

What about a reciprocal agreement with the US? In the US migrants are allowed to come in free of charge, are given a debit card with $10,000, free food and free hotel stays in 5 star hotels. Does Costa Rica have this type of residency? Can US migrants vote in Costa Rica?

Is irrigation a needed service, (under service) during dry season. I do centrifugal pump(pond,creek, etc.) well and city water irrigation system
