I get that people tend to get excited entering the Haunted Mansion. I get excited too, but when I get into the stretching room, I honestly remain quiet. Even though I've been on the ride multiple times, remaining quiet builds up the suspense for me. I try not to let it bother me when people are this noisy, especially little kids, but sometimes i lose my temper.
OMG I cannot believe the disrespect of everyone talking in the Stretch Room as if they're in a middle school cafeteria! I would have said "SHHHHHH!!!!!!" really loudly.
And of course people are being too loud in the stretching room.
I absolutely hate it when people talk during the Ghost Host.
they were all excited to go ride the ride. I screamed and I didn’t know my middle sister was close to me. I screamed at her face. 💜😆👏🏼
that's why I wish the Cast Members would do a better job quitting down the room. Some guests don't get to go every day and to some it's a brand new experience. The last thing they want is to have it ruined.

I pray Disneyland reopens with the original Haunted Mansion
I dont think they'll change the ride at all. Limited guests may be the only change. That could be good or bad for the experience. Love it when it's a full house. But hate the wait time sometimes. Just hope they dont open too soon. No need to rush the reopening.
Is the haunted mansion closing for good for just for referbishment?
@@haleyanne86 just refurbishing the ride. At least at Disneyland. Dont know about the other parks.
Haley Kofford I think this comment was in reference to the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay that starts in August (hopefully not this year, the original hasn’t been open at all in 2020.)
The Haunted Mansion is still under refurbishment and Disney stopped all construction, so when Disneyland opens back up the Haunted Mansion probably won't be available.

I haven't been to Disneyland since last year, but now that the park has been shut down for months and it's nearly Halloween, I've been dying to get on this ride again. I miss the music, the chills, the nostalgia I've developed since childhood by being at this park. It means so much to me, so not being able to go is starting to finally get to me.
Yeah from personal experience I wanted to fight everyone in that stretching room for being too loud.

RX- 24 it is and especially when you’re an annual passholder and it happens a lot of times. I feel bad for the cast members that have to go through with this, especially those who are on the Disney college program.
Thank you for this. I really miss this ride. It's nice, especially now, while I can't even travel to the corner store without feeling pinned in by the Covid drama, to be able to virtually go take a trip through my favorite attraction. I appreciate you!

If I’m not mistaken, the corpse inside the casket in the conservatory is supposed to be lifting the lid of the casket up and down ever so slightly. It looks like it wasn’t working when you made this video. It wasn’t moving at all. I think the caretaker’s legs are supposed to be trembling, too, as he looks in on the graveyard scene. Looks like the legs weren’t moving.

The Ezra Popup at 8:38 was meant to pop up at that specific time, but it didn’t.
Thats probably one of the many reasons they closed it down for refurbs, as it works now
I still can’t help but laugh at the “EXIT” sign just being there.
Imagine walking into an abandoned mansion, cobwebs everywhere, and as you start to feel a chill up your spine.....
There’s a conveniently placed Exit sign just sort of there.
God, I can't wait to go back to Disneyland again I miss it being open since I got back from Colorado Springs Co! ☺😍

I've only just realized there should be a door in between the full-length pictures of the Quicksand Victims and the Tightrope Walker. So many years of knowing how the Stretching Room works and not realizing that they've also got to hide the entrance door in the wallpaper.
I prey to god that Disneyland reopens soon with the Haunted Mansion. It’s not the same without it
Wish I could've seen the first reactions of the people who rode this for the first time when it opened in the late 60s
One thing I will say about this version of the mansion is that is really cool is the loading area. I wish the other versions of the mansion had their loading areas look like this one. Don’t get me wrong! There are things about Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion that I like also, such as the Library and music room added at the beginning of the ride, as well as the changing portrait before the stretching room; however the loading area in that Mansion is kind of plain when compared to the one here. Hopefully, they might update the MK version and change the loading area.

My favorite ride, I went on this so many times last year before they transformed it into haunted mansion holiday. Atleast 3 or 4 times per visit
Portions of the audio for the ride were overdubbed to mask the soundtrack for copyright reasons. The sounds of people talking in the stretching room were obviously recorded elsewhere and added in to cover the narration.

Why does the spiel start so quickly in the stretching room? There's hardly a chance to get in, that is something that's done better at WDW.... I'm so glad WDW still has the original safety bar spiel still too! This however is a lot better in the fact that it feels you are actually entering the mansion!

I thought this ride was suppose to be a dark ride... What happened to there lighting? They add all of these unnecessary lights to the point where it looks like a rave!!!!
